"Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. "

"The stuff was friendly, helpful and kind. I had never stayed in this hotel before so I didn’t know what to expect. I believe it was recently renovated. It’s a beautiful hotel from the outside to the inside and including the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings were quiet which made it easy to to fall asleep. In the lobby, there was plenty of choices for hot beverages that you could take to your room. The breakfast was outstanding for a hotel. Great TVs in the room. Their pool is...

"Relaxing place to stay but the 10 pm curfew needs to be upheld in someway. We’ve stayed here a few times and unfortunately it gets noisy in the evenings. Other than that…great place to stay "

"Staff was amazing…room was clean, cozy with whimsical decor. Bed was super comfy. Had an amazing breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Was in the perfect location to walk the glass bridge and visit the glass museum. Lemay car museum super close as well. "

"There was so much wrong we had to leave. The “non smoking” room was full of cigarette smoke leaking from the room next door and that guest smoking r in got outside our door all hours of day and night. Black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. No silverware at all in the kitchen. It appeared the sheets were not changed. Tiny flat pillows, 1 each. Zero washcloth or kitchen towel. Staff was most unhelpful."
