"This hotel needs a serious update. The room was small and overall it was overpriced and I feel that I at least deserve a refund."

Alicia's Palace
"This place is where people pay nightly to come with women or men. It’s a motel. They have a $300 TT pass for the day and the building was terrible the facility the whole surround in everything is terrible is degrading. The Normandie Hotel
"OK, hotel in Port of Spain however, the breakfast that was supposed to be included with our stay they tried to charge us for it and it was horrible. The staff was rude and we had to go to the front desk to clarify the situation. The room is as small as a closet, even though it is clean the beds are ..."

St Ann's Guest House Ltd.
"It is shameful to put trust in Expedia or in the assistance that Expedia might even think to provide. The toilet would not work the shower was broken. Television not working and a very heavy musty odour. Yuk."
