"Overall our stay was okay, but there were a few issues. We asked about an early check-in ahead of time and were told that would be fine, but when we arrived the apartment was not ready yet. Parking was also a challenge. Our designated parking spot was taken by someone else, which made things a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not the greatest and could definitely use some improvement."

There were issues, but management was receptive to feedback through the app and email they gave. We didn't stay long enough to see if the issues were resolved tho and I never saw the on site management. I was worried about the garage based on reviews, but had no issues with my Ford Explorer.
