"Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available. "

"Breakfast had a huge line and closed at 10am. I waited for 20 mins and did not even order so had to give up. Totally unacceptable as a traveler who needs food and is on a schedule. I saw lots of other people give up out of the line too. Needs either better staffing or a different service approach. Very poor experience "

"The traffic noise was too high at the four floor in room 431, and it's throughout the day because of the hotel closeness to highway. The windows need to be soundproofed. Other than this, it was great."

"The hotel is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near Faneuil Hall. We stayed here mainly because of the location, as my son was attending an accepted candidates event hosted by United States Military Academy. The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was the parking situation — valet parking is required, and retrieving your vehicle can take about 30 minutes, especially during busy check-in and checkout times. "We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is conveniently walking distance from our cruise terminal. The breakfast buffet had good variety and they have a microwave if you need to warm your own meals! Would definitely book this hotel again."

"I did not care for the parking situation at the property, I did not like the fact that a property so far away from anything had no restaurant or gift shop, and that the things they did sell were very few and scarce if you wanted to access your car you have to literally feel obligated to tip of LA attendant. Their drop off and pick up area was very small and inconvenient also."
