"So terrible we walked in and walked out again, drove around to find a different hotel! This hotel gave me the creeps, like something out of a horror movie with an American hostel feel. We arrived late (10 ish pm) and despite the hotel being quite quiet our room was given to us and was one of the last rooms down a long dark corridor at the back of the building. Rainfall shower, comfy double bed, tea/coffee making facilities in the room and extras on cute little tables around the hotel, small but not too small TV in the room.. - Breakfast was amazing quality for the price (at the time of stay - £10 for full English breakfast including a pot a tea) and chef couldn't have been any more accommodating for my autism son if she tried. 20 minute drive away from Sheffield Arena and...

"Easy check in procedure door code gets you into the building and room. Spacious room with modern kitchen and bathroom, well stocked tea/coffee etc and good hot water supply. Warm rooms and well stocked towels and bedding , only drawback is due to its location you get some noise and guests turning up at stupid o'clock in the morning. On the whole if you can get this for a good price its well worth it "

"Excellent staff, super friendly and helpful. Our room 106 needed some TLC but it was super clean and spacious with a very comfy mattress. Breakfast was very good, great assortment of cold and hot food and love that’s it’s a ‘help yourself’ options. Good quality food. Our satnav wouldn’t accept the postcode, so if yours is the same, it’s just off junction 36 of the A1. "
