Stay in history! The Springville Depot was built in 1910 and is located at 227 West Main Street in historic Springville, NY.

The newly renovated apartment combines history with all the modern comforts for a truly unique experience. This pet friendly rental includes: Two bedrooms, full bath, kitchenette, office & sitting room.

Enjoy little comforts like independent climate control, 2 smart TVs (with complimentary streaming), charging stations at every nightstand, electric fireplace and outdoor propane firepit. Enjoy a fully stocked complementary coffee bar and breakfast station! You will find bodywash, shampoo and lotion in the bathroom along with towels that reach everywhere. Did we mention a Full-size washer and dryer with (free and clear) detergent provided?

The apartment is steps away from the Pop Warner (Rail) Trail where you can walk or ride for miles through a beautiful landscape. Explore the Village of Springville with its vintage movie theater, shops, coffee, dining and drinks! Central to many ski resorts and a short drive to WNY's ski town, Ellicotville.

Boredom busters for everyone in the family as well as toys and crayons for the kids! Outdoor gear like balls and games are available on the patio.

Your suite is located int the rear of the building with private access through the gated patio. The building is shared with a full-time renter (family) who use a separate entrance.

* Self serve breakfast provided at day one in the kitchen that will include items for the whole booking. Breakfast is included with stays of 2 weeks or less. items may vary.

We had a veru nice stay It was very clean cozy and convenient! We loved that the ttail was right behind us for a nice walk and restaurants were all right clise by within walking distance The host provided everything we needed for our werk long stay. We would deffinently stay again.

What a cute place to stay while in town visiting family! Started each day with a lovely walk on the rail-trail right outside our door. We'll definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Destination to Stay!

I booked this wonderful place as an in-between point for all of the destinations I wanted to show my Mother (she lives 81 miles away), so we didnt have to drive so much. The place was stocked with everything and anything you could ever need. It was spacious and very clean. The host was excellent and returned messages very quickly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to adults or families for a getaway.

The Inn

Val the owner thought of everything you will need. The Inn was very clean and quiet. The walking trail next to it is nice. It’s cute watching the daycare kids from next door walking up it. Val the owner lives up front. She keeps an eye on the property to make sure all her guests are safe. We also used the patio and enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the train depot….what a comfortable, clean and cozy little spot! Everything was seamless from check in to check out, and the kindness of breakfast items was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and space was charming! Thanks for everything!

Very nice place clean easy to get to plenty of parking. Great restaurants very close by. Very unique with plenty of facilities for hanging out and relaxing.

Perfect cozy apartment

I cannot say enough positive things about this small, but very cozy apartment. We have family in the area and it is so nice to have a place to stay with our dog. It was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our medium sized dog. The place was very clean, cozy, great outdoor space, and the owner had so many nice touches to make you feel welcome. The best perk was the very friendly kitty who lived next door! Also great location to walk into Springville. We will definitely book again the next time we come to visit our family.

Wonderful Historic Property

We had an amazing vacation! The location of the depot was so convenient to restaurants, shopping and all the outdoor activities we wanted to do. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family. Valerie was amazing and accommodating and you can tell she really cared about making sure her guests had everything they needed. She went above and beyond with personal touches as well. This was an amazing trip.
