"We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. Neighbor dog barked all night long, our entire family slept poorly and decided there was nothing the host could do in the short term to make...

"The setting of this home is so peaceful and beautiful! It was easy to get to. There is so much shoreline to walk! The home is well appointed with pretty much anything you could need or want. 10/10 on the bed! It was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on aside from my own. There is plenty of outdoor space. This place is perfect for a quick getaway or an extended stay. We loved it!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the home. Was well thought out, all the little necessities were there. The hostess was great to deal with. Loved the remoteness and privacy. The only little issue was the driveway transition from the gravel surface to the concrete. Was a huge washout, saw the tractor on site offered to fix it but they assured us that it would be corrected before the next guests showed up. I am extremely confident , based on their attention to detail that it will. Loved the stay....

"This home is ideally located the airport and the University of Arkansas. The is in a quiet and nice neighborhood near restaurants and shopping centers. The home was very comfortable and homey. I felt it was “home away from home.” Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Fayetteville area. Will definitely look for it in the future as I return to the area."

"Property was extremely clean which is a big thing for me. Home decor was also very nice. It was so helpful having a washer/dryer and kitchen. We used both things a lot. We would have liked some more things supplied in the kitchen such as Saran Wrap/foil or baggies. Also no spices or condiments in fridge. If u are planning on using the kitchen, make sure to bring/buy your own for the stay. We had issues checking into the property as the screen door was locked so we could not access the front...
