"It was a nice stay! Host was helpful and we appreciated that. The kitchen table and chairs were definitely different from the pictures, but other than that it was a good stay. "

"We had a family of four stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together and also have space to separate. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to everything we were interested in doing. The kitchen was stocked with cookware if you plan to cook. We loved the coffee bar! The beds are firm. We really enjoyed our stay! "

"We came up for a midweek Arkansas Razorback baseball game and needed a place that could accommodate our needs. The Groves Cottage just did that. A beautiful home in the historic district of Springdale that was both comfortable and very well maintained. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Took some searching to find everything in the kitchen but it was well equiped. The silverware drawer needs help as I almost dumped it on the floor. It would be helpful to know where the bath towels are stored. Although we did not use them, there are a good number of games for entertainment. "

"We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. Neighbor dog barked all night long, our entire family slept poorly and decided there was nothing the host could do in the short term to make...

"This house is close to everything in Fayetteville, yet it’s tucked away in a serene forested area. We spent time on the screened patio each morning. The bed swing on second floor lanai was lovely for afternoon reading. Recommend. "
