"The home was prepared for our arrival with such inviting lighting and ambiance. We immediately felt at home. We planned to stay without ever leaving the house, which we did, and we had everything we needed the whole time. Our dogs were safe, and they enjoyed their stay as well. "We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. Neighbor dog barked all night long, our entire family slept poorly and decided there was nothing the host could do in the short term to make...

"The setting of this home is so peaceful and beautiful! It was easy to get to. There is so much shoreline to walk! The home is well appointed with pretty much anything you could need or want. 10/10 on the bed! It was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on aside from my own. There is plenty of outdoor space. This place is perfect for a quick getaway or an extended stay. We loved it!"

"Home wasn’t as clean or as well cared for as we had expected. There were no cleaning supplies provided to take matters into our own hands. Kitchen was bare bones with only enough dishes for six place settings, and missing key utensils for cooking. VRBO site would not allow for communication with owner. Even after notifying the owner, she continued to message me through the website and not my provided email or phone number. Appreciated the proximity to Coler trails. "
