"This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend! The staff were very helpful and accommodating when things were needed, such as extra towels or coffee/cups for the room. Housekeeping was great picking up the room while we were out and keeping toiletries stocked!"

"Easy to get to. Pretty quiet for being next to a hospital. Beds were comfortable. Not an option for getting just towels and not having the sheets changed. So I just asked housekeeping for towels and hung the do not disturb sign. Parking in the attached garage was not included. Breakfast was decent. No vending machines and the selection in the lobby was over priced. Better have a streaming service at home to connect to as the tv selection was pitiful. Close enough to the zoo. "It was easy to check in and check out. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I had to do a late check-in and they made it really easy. The room was really clean, minus a chair that was covered in stains and spots. It was quiet for the majority of the nights that we were there, except for the last night. There were some kids running around the top floor making noise at about 3:00am. I like the convenience of the area. It is by a gas station and several places to eat that you can easily...

"We were told by the hotel that we could park in the parking garage next to the hotel and pay for the garage and be fine. Well we did that and got a $50 charge for our rental car saying we had a parking violation."
