"This hotel is quirky, but in a charming way. The staff was great and it's a very central location in downtown allowing easy travel to many attractions in Omaha. There were a few "down sides" to the hotel, but nothing that would deter me from staying at this facility again. This hotel is charm, not modern, which is something I prefer when visiting new places."

"Parking was confusing for us, but give us some grace as we don't stay at hotels often... we made a mistake and called the front desk to assist us out of the garage since we were a little early for check-in. The woman came up and told us we need to use our keys to open the garage, and we told her we didn't have keys (we meant not yet, as we were waiting to check in). "The property was well kept. The young lady serving in the Bistro went well above and beyond in customer service. She helped my husband and I with a smile and history of the hotel. She helped us at dinner time around 5:00-5:30pm on Friday July 10th 2026."

"The hotel room was clean and comfortable. In room coffee was provided but only one decaffeinated and one caffeinated was provided for 2 of us so got a couple more from the front desk but should have had enough so I didn’t have to go get more. There was one chair in the room to sit on but with 2 people there should be 2 as there was plenty of room for them. We ate dinner and had breakfast at Guy Fieros. Very good food and service. "What I liked was that when I came to check in the check in Lady checked me in right away, this is something I can give you five stars on. But what really thought was not up to Hotel standards was that the refrigerator you had in our room was frosted up with NO FREEZER DOOR ON IT. ALSO THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE IN THE UNIT, THESE TWO THINGS SHOULD BE A REQUIREMENT IN ALL HOTELS, ( HOW ARE PEOPLE THAT RESIDE IN YOUR FACILITIES SUPPOSED TO RE- HEAT THERE FOOD WITHOUT THIS BASIC NEED ) ALSO YOU...
