"Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) "

"Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience."

"Adorable and comfy beach house with off street parking in a nice neighborhood. It was supplied with paper goods, 2 beach passes & beach towels, and even linens and bath towels! My only disappointment was that the kitchen was sparsely supplied despite the listing stating it was fully equipped. So, I was unable to cook anything except microwaveable food. "This was the perfect sized house for a short beach trip with my extended family of seven. It was tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood and there were enough beds for everyone. We could drive to the boardwalk in under 5 minutes and have room in the evenings to spread out. The property was clean and check in was smooth!"
