"We had a pull out couch in our room that our 2 children were sleeping on and when we asked for pillows we were told they didn’t have any, but the next morning we saw a supply closet open with several pillows inside. We had 4 people on our reservation but only had 3 towels in our room. Most of the channels on the tv wouldn’t work. There were random paint spots on the ceiling. "We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. "
