"This property was awesome! It was the perfect size for a family of 3. House was great. Boat dock was great. Parking was great.... You get the idea.. Boat ramp 1.5 mile away. Crappie fishing was awesome and also caught several nice slabs off the dock. Overall a great place to stay. We will definatly be back. Our host Ivey was wonderful and had quick responses to any questions we had. Till next trip..."

"Stayed 1 night as a pitstop. We did 4 of the falls in 1 day after leaving Nashville on our way to Gatlinburg & thought this would be a good place as half way point to stay a night. Camper & grounds were clean. Host was polite & lit a bonfire for us. Closest town doesn't have much for food only downfall for us that night. Would stay again."

"Fantastic furniture! Beautiful decor..such a great little place. Hot tub was excellent. We had been at a rental in Florida that was more ‘bachelor pad’ style so we were SO ready for this place. Plush, cozy-exactly what we needed and the pricing is amazing too. I don’t repeat stays often, because I love checking out new places, but this one was a perfect rental at almost an exact halfway point between home and Florida for me so I might make an exception!"

"Clean and comfortable. Nice and welcoming everytime you walked in, the furniture was super comfortable you were able to sit and just relax. We had to book on short notice on a holiday due to a death in the family the host was very accommodating we were able to check in early, not as early as we had hoped but early. After the days busy activies it was a great place to go and unplug and regroup. The bed couldn't have been any more comfortable than it was especially for as I have back problems....
