Casas privadas de vacaciones en Splendora

"This was my employees second stay here. That should speak a lot for this property as they requested if they could stay there again."

"Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. "

"This was an awesome getaway with our family! We all were so comfortable and happy with our stay! Kitchen had everything we needed, rooms were comfortable and very clean. (Side note) I didn't have an allergic reaction, nor did my grandkids. The sheets and beds felt good! This was truly an amazing experience! This was our first time, definitely not our last. Thanks!"

"We were visiting friends in the area and needed a place to stay. Host was great! We brought our dog and the place fit us perfectly. Decor is cute and had everything we needed."

"The stay was wonderful. It was a surprise staycation for my sister and she was VERY HAPPY with everything, The host was extremely accommodating. The location was near everthing such as restaurants, nail shops, grocery stores etc."

"Hostess did not send code to access property and did not return text or phone calls. Differently would think twice before booking this property!!"

"To start with..The yard when you walk in is a mess, the hot water was barely warm, left over food in the freezer and fridge that needed also to be wiped down, the toilet and tub needs replaced was all orange, there was no toilet paper, no shower curtain, be careful on the rugs they skip so easy."

"Very hospitable hosts, responsiveness, great set up, and really nice neighborhood/location."

"I never like giving anyone a dislike to a VRBO home. Driving 11.5 hours, to find this house not as describe. The house description said new house. This home is not a new house, the front yard had not been cut and tree limbs are in the front. There is no lighting in the driveway or up to the door. There were stains in the carpet, bedroom downstairs had dirty walls. Very disappointed. New bedding and not cheap bedspreads. IKEA beds with no cushion for mattress. The best part to this home was the...

"It was a great choice for our stay. Easy check in and very clean."

"Upon arrival, I pulled into the private driveway for the garage and opened the gate to a beautiful patio with a hot tub and comfortable seating area. As soon as I walked into the tiny home, I was amazed by how spacious it felt. Every piece of furniture and decor was thoughtfully chosen to maximize the space while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. I couldn’t believe how much was included without it ever feeling cramped. The home was stocked with everything we could possibly need from shampoo,...

"The house was super for our extended family. The pool, pool toys, great. It needed some clean up around the area…grass not mowed, leaves everywhere."

"There was no emergency exit as the back door needed a key to unlock from the inside. There was no dinning room table and would be nice if staying longer. House was fine for a short stay but if we were staying longer we would have wanted more seating and towels."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. The check in process and communication with host was easy. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Had an ant problem in the kitchen, plus back to back nights of water bug issues.Towel rack kept falling off wall in hallway bath room.Could not use primary bath because of the tub size and not able to step into tub safely. Hallway bath was old and badly chipped and rusted.Food left in microwave, from either previous guest or cleaning staff.Old furniture, basically looked very old and shabby and not well cared for. We did not contact owner because he obviously knows what condition the unit is...
