"I stayed at the Lonely Oak with my two teenage children. I had a few questions before my arrival, and the staff were quick to respond and very helpful. The space is beautifully decorated, and in a very quiet part of the countryside. It is close enough to Llano if we needed something, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. "We wanted to stay close to Hudson’s and it was within walking distance. Host communicated right away on all texts. You have to coordinate coming in and out of gate. We had a complimentary breakfast which was delicious and was offered dinner up to 1030pm. Two beautiful dogs roam the huge yard."

"Cabin was clean and had many supplies. Be aware that the bathroom is not in the cabin but just a few steps away and is a private bath, did not impact our stay. Seems like it would be a good place to stay in warmer months when you could use the lake amenities. We chose the property because of its proximity to Stone House Vineyard, we were attending an event there and wanted to stay close by."

"House was clean and quiet. Little difficult to get to for the first time at night. Recommend getting there during daylight for the first time. Otherwise the house exceeded our expectation and was great."

"Cute cabin, newly updated throughout, small yet has everything you need for a weekend or a week. Very quiet area off of the beaten path. Hot tub is huge but the water was a little murky so did not use. It's nothing that a few chemicals won't resolve. Have your own parking spot which is super nice."
