"Nice place in NY, close to Bethel Woods (site of Woodstock Festival) and surrounded by natural beauty of the Catskills. Host was very responsive."

"It was our first time in the Poconos and we could not have had a better experience. A 10 out of 10 ( can I do more than 10?!). John and Elizabeth were incredibly gracious hosts and there was nothing that they didn't do to make sure that our experience was first class. They are the nicest people and the property is gorgeous, spacious, something for everyone and location outstanding. Look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommend!!"

"Overall, I'd highly recommend staying at the rental. It's recently updated and has a fantastic deck out back with a TV. There were some minor recommendations, but was very happy overall. - The front door sticks and can be tough to open and close. "Had a great stay at the Tiny House! Surprisingly clean and well appointed with all the basics. Perfect for an escape to the woods while still being able to quickly return to the real world. Proximity to the Neversink trail head is a major plus!"

"Positives: The host/manager was very responsive and friendly. The owner also seemed very nice and was also responsive when he called to express concern after our visit. Another positive is the pool was really nice. The issues for us were that we had been assured by the host prior to our visit that the serious issues listed in the prior review had all been addressed and eliminated. "We really liked the house and outdoor space, especially the patio overlooking the river. The biggest drawback, and for me it is a big one, is that bed sheets are not provided. Since we were driving and had room in the car it wasn't a disaster, but hauling 4 beds' worth of sheets fills a duffel bag, and I did not enjoy having to make those beds after a 7 hour drive. I wouldn't mind stripping the beds at the end but for the cost of the accommodations and how little a house full of sheets would...
