    The property has an internal area of 3800sq. ft. and includes 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms.
    This property is for an occupancy up to 16 people but we offer a price based on occupancy offering special price for smaller groups

    It offers a large fully-equipped kitchens(350 sq.ft), a dining room with a fireplace and a large living room.
    In addition the villa has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
    We also offer a shelted bbq area with a beautiful view and an amazing huge private wood for your trekking in contact with the nature

    The impressive garden complete with a private swimming pool and a hot tub allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday and is perfect for taking time out with al fresco dining, sipping on a glass of local wine, enjoying a covered BBQ area, lounge chairs with outdoor fire pit to create the right atmosphere in any season.

    Also children have access to lot of space for their games: ping pong table, volleyball net, bocce balls, badminton... etc.

Great place for a family vacation

We enjoyed our stay immensely . The main house and the second house are comfortable, designed in good taste. There are many paintings on the walls, which create an artistic experience. The living room is comfortable, inviting, with a large screen. The view and surroundings are beautiful. Spring began the day we arrived and by the time we left, the trees were in blossom and the lawn was covered in wild flowers. The property owner and managers provided all our needs and response was immediate and helpful. The pool and hot-tub are clean and pleasant.

AMAZING!!

We just returned from our 1 week stay at this villa. It far exceeded our expectations. It is breathtakingly beautiful. When booking, I always rely heavily on reviews, so I feel the need to point out the many great things about this house. First, we are from New Orleans and A/C is required. This house has an A/C ceiling unit in every room and we nearly froze to death! Yes, that's right. We were there from July 7 -14, 2018. Nights were very cool and a sweater was required as we dined outside every night on the grounds. After dinner every night, we sat by the fire pit. Only regret was that we did not have items to make smores. There were 10 of us. We are mid fifty and we had twin 11 year old boys and a 13 girl and two college girls plus 3 other family members. Everyone loved every minute and never wanted to leave the house. The boys hunted for wood for the fire pit, played ping pong, swam, bocce, ping pong and the TV room has Netflix! American Netflix at that. The bedrooms are all HUGE. Plenty of closet space and large super modern bathrooms. We are a bit spoiled. We like our own space and this house has it. 7 bedrooms and every one has their own bath. About Fabio, we met him on night one and he was very gracious. We had requested food to be stocked. It was a short list, so Fabio came by on Sunday with more food and beer. Mauricio is the best!! He was there everyday. He cooked the welcome dinner (highly suggest this.) I'd like to take him home. He worked in the garden. They grow their own vegetables. We picked herbs from the garden when we cooked on our own. We did the cooking class at the villa and would also suggest that as well. We did rent two cars from Hertz in Siena. Be prepared for that experience. I'll say that we are glad that we rented vehicles, but Hertz was a nightmare. They make you take their insurance and when you do that your credit card coverage is not valid. This VILLA was the best part of our trip through Europe. We came from a few days in Paris and the tranquil setting was perfect. The entire group gives this villa 5 stars. Susie C.

A Dream come true!

This property is very close to the perfect movie set! The grounds are gorgeous, and the buildings quaint...and large! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, this was our Tuscany home. The host was welcoming, and the wine delicious and plentiful. We had arranged to have a cook for a few nights, and a cooking class for another...this was a very special and wonderfull experience! Huge value for your money! I would definitely return to Podere La Caggia with friends again. Memorable!

Perfect! Quiet, serene, just beautiful!

Visited for the first week of July with 10 adults. Absolutely loved it. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and both Jacobo and the other manager were extremely accommodating. We had 2 meals cooked by them which were excellent and we would highly recommend doing this. Appreciated having many different wines available for purchase at the villa and very affordable prices. Would go back in a heart beat.

Wonderful Tuscan villa

We recently returned from our visit to this beautiful, historical Tuscan villa with 11 members of our family, traveling from five locations throughout the United States. The villa is large, with space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen had everything we ever needed, and we spent most evenings eating dinner outside, overlooking the beautiful surrounding fields and forests. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, and we had more bathrooms than we even needed. Other amenities include a beautiful pool, hot tub, and washer and dryer. The thing that initially attracted me to renting the villa was the description of all of the services that could be arranged owners -- and we utilized most of them! Jacopo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and had the refrigerator stocked with basic supplies that we had requested. He made a delicious multi-course dinner for us that first night -- a very welcome site after our long travels. He reserved several rental road bikes that were delivered to the villa with all of the equipment we needed, and we enjoyed morning rides around the country roads. He organized a private shuttle to pick us all up at the villa to take us to Florence for the day, where a private tour guide met us and showed us the highlights of the city, the Uffizi gallery and the Academia with Michelangelo's David. Some of the family enjoyed several hours with Jacopo in an Italian cooking class, and we all enjoyed their food creations for dinner. He also assisted us in arranging shuttle transport from and to airports. If I were to do anything different, I would have had Jacopo arrange rental cars to be delivered to the villa -- saving us having to pick them up at the airports. Jacopo was simply amazing -- the extra services offered on the website is what won me over to reserve the villa, and I was more than pleased with everything Jacopo was able to provide. I highly recommend this beautiful villa, and I have already shared this verb site with several friends who are interested in planning a family trip to Tuscany. We loved our family vacation, and look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic week

House was great, had all that we needed, jacopo and Fabio most attentive, lots of hot water for showers, great fun with the wood fired hot tub ! Would highly recommend it, we were a group of twelve, there's plenty of spaces for quiet areas and roudy times, I would hope to be back in a year or two. 110% recommended - truly unbelievable hosts, clean and beautiful home, great location

First, let me say that the hosts Jacopo and Fabio went above-and-beyond in making our week at the villa a trip of a lifetime for us and 14 others in our family. They were responsive, kind, thoughtful in suggesting activities, and were always offering to help. We have traveled many places internationally and the service rivaled anywhere we have EVER stayed. The place is just as good if not better than the pictures show. So much space to find your own nook to relax but also many communal areas for enjoying games or the fantastic selection of wine and beer stocked in the fridges and shelves (very reasonably priced for the quality!) If this place is available the week of your vacation I recommend you take it before it disappears. If it's not available, seriously consider switching your dates of you can! This place was that good. Other tips: Have them cook you a welcome dinner (in fact it was so good we had leftovers the next day AND asked them to cook two other night ha we were there). Do the cooking class (our family LOVED this including the kids who are now back home cooking meals with their new skills. Bonus is that everyone gets to share the meal they cook!) To Jacopo and Fabio - thank you both again for your commitment to your guests. You both deserve more than the five stars in this review!

Perect week in Tuscany!

Overall review of your stay (publicly viewable) We just spent a perfect week in this Tuscan villa. So glad we chose to book with Jacopo and Fabio! The villa was lovely, relaxing, clean and spacious and Jacopo and Fabio made it a truly wonderful stay. There were 9 of us, 4 couples and 1 single and we all had our own space and our own modern bathrooms. All while looking out over the beautiful Tuscan countryside! After booking several months ago, Jacopo was quick to answer our many questions while we planned our first visit to Tuscany. The meals they prepared for us were a highlight and the local restaurants they recommended were charming and delicious and inexpensive. They also were helpful in arranging transfers and drivers when needed. The villa is not too far from Siena and many other Tuscan towns and villages. I will say, driving in Italy is a little stressful so It was great to come home to the villa after a day of site-seeing and enjoy a glass or two of wine around the fire pit. Even better was coming home to have a wonderful meal prepared by Fabio waiting! Just can't tell you what a fabulous experience this was and much of it due to Jacopo and Fabio! Absolutely recommended!

This villa and our property managers made this the best vacation of all time. I have traveled to some amazing places and stayed in 5 star resorts. This property was by far the best experience my husband & I have experienced. Beautiful amenities. King beds. Baths for all guests. The meals made onsite were outstanding. Don't look further, this is a villa I would recommend to my family, friends, & a return dream for us all.

Incredible Property and Hosts

Villa was charming, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you would need and want. Dream villa in the heart of Tuscany!

There were 10 of us traveling in Italy and we needed a big house to accommodate everyone; this villa exceeded all of our expectations! Our hosts were incredible before and after we arrived at the villa. Jacopo was very helpful and responded to every email/question I had quickly; he even set up our transportation from the airport and made sure all of the rooms were arranged to our preference before we arrived. There were 8 adults and 2 kids staying at the villa and we had more than enough room (we didn't even use 2 of the bedrooms) and my 1 year old had a crib already set up that he slept comfortably in. We were greeted with a lovely welcome dinner courtesy of our gracious hosts and the villa was supplied with bottles of excellent red and white wine that we helped ourselves to every night. The kids had a wonderful time playing outside in the huge yard which was equipped with a volleyball court, ping pong table and tons of seating so we could enjoy the outdoors. The house itself had everything that we needed to cook meals for 10 people every night and the washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus. All of the bedrooms were big and spacious and we all slept very comfortably in our beds. Although the weather was still quite cold when we were there, we were still able to take advantage of the bbq and fire pit outside and watch the sun set over the hills. The villa was about 20 minutes drive to Siena where you can easily go to the market and pick up everything you need. Overall, the villa was incredibly well kept while maintaining the rustic charm of the area and fulfilled all of our needs. We were looking for a nice, quiet, big villa to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany and we definitely found it! I cannot say enough good things about our stay and hope to return in the near future. Thank you Jacopo and Fabio for opening your home up and allowing us to create some great memories in Tuscany! Until next time!

A Perfect Week in Tuscany

Our original plan was for 4 couples to share the villa rental. Unfortunately, one of the couples decided not to make the trip for personal reasons. Then we were 6. Next the husband of another couple had back surgery, but despite having 3 months to recuperate, was not well enough to be able to travel a long distance. Then we were 4. Two weeks before we were to leave, the husband of the remaining couple fell and broke his wrist on one hand and his thumb on the other hand. Then we were 2! So two us got to share this amazing space that is meant for so many more people. There were so many rooms, we could have slept in a different one every night! The villa is off the beaten track so the only noise you hear are songbirds and an occasional rooster in the distance. It is easy to get to all Tuscany has to offer (but I would make sure I had a GPS.) Siena is close and has a large Coop Supermarket so you can stock up on all your needs. It was nice being able to have breakfast at home and stop somewhere for lunch. We also loved picking up fresh products and making dinner a few nights. The kitchen at the villa is fully equipped and the large fridge made it easy to keep on hand all that you need. The bedrooms are large and all of the bathrooms are modern. The grounds are beautiful and I don't envy the amount of work that Jacopo and Fabio do keeping the villa in perfect condition. The garden is very nice and there is lots of outdoor seating space with many chairs and tables. We really appreciated Fabio dropping by a couple of heads of fresh picked lettuce from the garden. Jacopo welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake. I can't think of anything that the villa is missing, There is a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, Jacopo was always available via phone or text. His directions to the villa were perfect and even with my less than perfect sense of direction, we found our way without a single wrong turn(not counting getting out of the airport.). Jacopo and Fabio were waiting to welcome us to the villa and show us "the lay of the land." We were in contact via text during our drive from Florence. The villa has a pool which given our slightly cool weather we did not use as well as a wood fired hot tub. The wi-fi in the house works perfectly and there is cable TV although English stations are limited to news. However, we were able to watch Netflix so our entertainment needs were met.

Wonderful property & hospitality in Tuscany!

Took my family here in April & astounded by the quality, size and private location of the house. Jacopo was so helpful in organising the booking - and being good enough to open the pool for us early (and yes, it WAS cold, but wonderful!). All of the facilities were five star, Jacopo & Fabio both looked after us wonderfully well. The house and grounds are sensational and we will be visiting again. Thank you - and hopefully we will see you before too long!

MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE for a family of 7

First let me start by saying THANK YOU to Jacopo and Fabio for being the absolute best property managers. I was traveling with 4 children ages 5-15 and my husband and my mother. Jacopo from the first time I reached out was fabulous at responding and going above and beyond to answer any questions in a timely manner. Once we booked our trip he was in regular contact just to check in and ask if we needed anything. We were coming from the US and had almost 24 hours of travel time so we got into Sovicille before we were to check in with Jacopo and Fabio. We were exhausted and delirious- not only did they meet with us hours before we were supposed to get there, they also helped get us settled in AND as we napped they brought us over the most incredible welcome meal. Truthfully, it was probably the best meal we had the entire trip. My husband and I ran into Sovicille to stop at the market and we ran into a familiar face, Fabio. He waved and talked to us like we were old friends. He then asked if we would like his assistance translating in the market. OUTSTANDING..what service. Unfortunately, our first night my daughter needed something from the farmacia and Jacopo was available to us late in the night to try and find one still open. We eventually found one in Siena but it was tough to find something that late. Just as a side note- there are NO grocery stores open in the area past 1 on Sunday. If you are staying around the villa on Sunday make sure you have all of your shopping done on Saturday. We stayed just over a week using Le Caggia as our home base; it was absolutely perfect. The house was clean, spacious, lots to do & even with the 7 of us we never once ran out of hot water. It truly felt like our home away from home- actually it is what we want home to be. It was incredible to wake up to the birds singing in the morning in the tree outside our window and then watch the sheep being herded across the field. On our final day, Jacopo and Fabio came again to see us off, they took our final picture and bid us arrivederci. I know there are A LOT of places for rent- I looked; this place is by far the best place. There are not enough kind words I can type to describe the 'perfect fit' we experienced. Jacopo and Fabio work tirelessly to make each experience perfect- even down to each one of our kids. Thank you so very much for that. Italy was a lifetime dream vacation thanks to Fabio & Jacopo and maybe if you are lucky Pollack will come visit you too!

WONDERFUL VACATION- BEAUTIFUL VILLA - EXCELLENT LOCATION!!!

I chose this home in Tuscany for my family vacation, there were 10 of us and we all had an incredible time staying here , the villa is amazing!!! Exceeded our expectations. This home is perfect for any family needing a beautiful home away from home. It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house has everything you need, spacious bedrooms and a great open kitchen with wonderful views. The home is in an excellent location for enjoying Tuscany and its sight-seeing very close to Siena, Florence, Chianti area, Montalcino, Pienza….etc Fabio and Jacopo are gems and perfects hosts, friendly, always available to answer any questions and help with numerous things They prepared two delicious dinners, highly recommended. They also arranged a wine tour and a guided tour in Siena for our group, everybody loved the experience. We can't say enough positives! I highly recommend this house to everyone looking for an unforgettable vacation in tuscan countryside. We plan to come again when we get a chance.

Amazing Villa -- Great Vacation

This was the most amazing Villa and we had a wonderful stay. The pictures do not convey everything, the grounds are beautiful- so much room and so much for kids to do!--Badmitton, volleyball, ping pong table, pool (It was available and lovely but the weather just a little too cold) Hot tub, hammock, so many seating areas and an organic garden too. The rooms in the Villa were big and bathrooms plentiful -- had hair dryers in each so no need to bring any. The kitchen was well equipped --including a stocked wine cupbaord (for purchase but so handy) and they have all other ammentities --speakers for your iphones, DVD player etc. We arrived in Occtober so was also great to have a place with heat. The owners Fabio and Jacopo were truly the most gracious hosts we have had in all our stays in Siena. They offer a cooking class at the Villa that my kids refer to as their favorite part of the vacation. They are so generous and made the stay just perfect-- going so far as to even locate and pick up some hard to find olive oil for us-- just incredible. I would reccomend the Welcome Dinner too. It was fantastic to come into the villa after travelling all day and have a delicious meal waiting for you! Really! We can not thank them enough for all they did for us. We had a wonderful stay and hope to go back again soon! Thank you Jacopo and Fabio. I would recommend this Villa to everyone. We were two couples and three kids (13, 11, 9) and we all had a wonderful stay.

La Vita Bella

Words cannot express the level of luxury that is bestowed upon this rustic rental Villa 15 minutes outside Siena. To start, our hands were held throughout the entire renting process. Our questions were answered professionally, thoroughly and with an obvious level of personal attention to our hopes and dreams. Jacopo and Fabio combined to make our stay more pleasant that we could have anticipated. They collaborated to assure that our fridge was stocked and meal were prepared for our arrival giving us time to relax, acclimate and unwind. They directed us to the best restaurants and advised us toward the best experiences nearby for our families and five young children. The Villa was immaculate (and I'm a clean freak), the temperature within was cool in spite of 100 degree afternoons. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dished etc and their wine choices were more than ample (with very fair prices). We were able to do short trips to San Gimignano (30 mins), Volterra (50 mins), Montalcino (45 mins) Chianti (25 mins) Florence (50 mins) Cortona (1 hour) and Assisi (1:30)- the Villa is basically located in the most perfect location to attack all of Central Tuscany (which is the Tuscany that all Americans want to see and enjoy). I should say that I do business in Italy quite a lot and therefore travel throughout the country on a regular basis. That being said, this Villa offers EXACTLY the amount of off the grid realism accompanied with easy access to the sights that make it a GEM!!! You become Italian during your stay and that is the idea!! The Villa is quite spacious (2 large structures can hold about 15 people) and the views are breathtaking. A short stroll will give you a hilltop view of a medieval castle. Feel free to pick fresh strawberries from Fabio's garden, prepare fresh salads with the garden's lettuces and swim in a gloriously refreshing pool. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone who is ready to venture more deeply into the true heart of Italy......

STAY HERE!!!

I chose this Villa based on all of the great reviews, and was not disappointed. The Villa was everything I expected and more! It was absolutely gorgeous, very well fitted out and maintained to a high standard and was perfect for our needs as a family. We spent a week there with our children and grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and feel totally comfortable. Fabio and Jacopo(our new friends)were so attentive to our needs and promptly responding to any question we may have had all week……from the beginning we felt like very SPECIAL GUESTS! The property is a 20 min drive to Siena and about an hour to Florence, so located very nicely to make day trips discovering the treasures of Tuscany We've already talked about how much we miss our quiet place in Tuscany every day since we've been home. Overall every aspect of our experience was outstanding…… If you have never experienced Tuscany or Italy before, START HERE.

Superb Holiday Villa with brilliant hosts

Podere Le Caggia is probably the best holiday villa at which we have stayed. The description is totally accurate, the villa is unbelievably spacious and equipped. There were ten of us including three children and we never lacked for something to do. Jacopo and Fabio, as well as being the most genial hosts, are superb cooks. We requested dinner and breakfast on three occasions which were outstanding and they even cooked food to meet the demands of the children. We could not have asked for better. It is an ideal spot for visiting Tuscany with Sienna, San Gimignano and many other places of interest so close or you can just relax in style at the villa. All in all a perfect place to enjoy.

UNFORGETABLE!!!

Jacopo and Fabio were incredible hosts. They prepared our meal for the first night of arrival which was absolutely awesome. We also had a cooking class mid-week which was just as incredible. The facilities were more than we expected. Everything was in order, fresh smelling, extremely clean and homey. This vacation villa was the base for our trips to all the Tuscany wineries on our to do list so the location could not have been better. The setting was tranquil and promoted our family to unwind and get to know each other all over again. We can't wait to return. This villa would be our choice again!!! Thank you Jacopo and Fabio!
