The property has an internal area of 3800sq. ft. and includes 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms.
This property is for an occupancy up to 16 people but we offer a price based on occupancy offering special price for smaller groups

It offers a large fully-equipped kitchens(350 sq.ft), a dining room with a fireplace and a large living room.
In addition the villa has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
We also offer a shelted bbq area with a beautiful view and an amazing huge private wood for your trekking in contact with the nature

The impressive garden complete with a private swimming pool and a hot tub allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday and is perfect for taking time out with al fresco dining, sipping on a glass of local wine, enjoying a covered BBQ area, lounge chairs with outdoor fire pit to create the right atmosphere in any season.

Also children have access to lot of space for their games: ping pong table, volleyball net, bocce balls, badminton... etc.

Perfect! Quiet, serene, just beautiful!

Visited for the first week of July with 10 adults. Absolutely loved it. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and both Jacobo and the other manager were extremely accommodating. We had 2 meals cooked by them which were excellent and we would highly recommend doing this. Appreciated having many different wines available for purchase at the villa and very affordable prices. Would go back in a heart beat.

Wonderful Tuscan villa

We recently returned from our visit to this beautiful, historical Tuscan villa with 11 members of our family, traveling from five locations throughout the United States. The villa is large, with space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen had everything we ever needed, and we spent most evenings eating dinner outside, overlooking the beautiful surrounding fields and forests. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, and we had more bathrooms than we even needed. Other amenities include a beautiful pool, hot tub, and washer and dryer. The thing that initially attracted me to renting the villa was the description of all of the services that could be arranged owners -- and we utilized most of them! Jacopo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and had the refrigerator stocked with basic supplies that we had requested. He made a delicious multi-course dinner for us that first night -- a very welcome site after our long travels. He reserved several rental road bikes that were delivered to the villa with all of the equipment we needed, and we enjoyed morning rides around the country roads. He organized a private shuttle to pick us all up at the villa to take us to Florence for the day, where a private tour guide met us and showed us the highlights of the city, the Uffizi gallery and the Academia with Michelangelo's David. Some of the family enjoyed several hours with Jacopo in an Italian cooking class, and we all enjoyed their food creations for dinner. He also assisted us in arranging shuttle transport from and to airports. If I were to do anything different, I would have had Jacopo arrange rental cars to be delivered to the villa -- saving us having to pick them up at the airports. Jacopo was simply amazing -- the extra services offered on the website is what won me over to reserve the villa, and I was more than pleased with everything Jacopo was able to provide. I highly recommend this beautiful villa, and I have already shared this verb site with several friends who are interested in planning a family trip to Tuscany. We loved our family vacation, and look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic week

House was great, had all that we needed, Jacopo and Fabio most attentive, lots of hot water for showers, great fun with the wood fired hot tub ! Would highly recommend it, we were a group of twelve, there's plenty of spaces for quiet areas and roudy times, I would hope to be back in a year or two. Thanks Jacopo and Fabio for the use of your wonderful house/ villa.

What a wonderful experience at La Caggia! Besides having a spectacular, very clean home the managers, Fabio and Jacopo, bent over backwards to accommodate every need (including more ice than imaginable). The night we arrived they had a wonderful Tuscany dinner prepared. They cooked for us on many other evenings. Since we were there for 3 weeks a cleaning staff would arrive weekly to "pick up after us", change sheets and towels and we were back to a spotless home for another week. The location was perfect as it allowed us to travel to the many towns of Tuscany in one day. Maps and all information for points of interest were supplied by Fabio. If we chose to stay at the villa we were greeted with a huge field of sunflowers, enchanting outdoor areas with a lovely pool. None of us used the hot tub, but it was available if wanted. We hope to get to back to this very relaxing vacation near Siena.

Something For Everyone

My three weeks at La Caggia was perfect in so many ways. The days were as busy or as relaxing as one would choose. Being part of a group of 13 I never felt crowded because the villa and the land are both so expansive and welcoming. The location is very conducive to take many day trips, come home tired and then have a marvelous dinner prepared by Fabio and Jacopo. I highly recommend taking advantage of their culinary expertise, it's terrific! I hoped that I would be able to paint a bit while there. Little did I know that the creative juices would flow so fast and furiously that I would complete ten paintings during my stay! Our hosts, Fabio and Jacopo, were second to none. If you are searching for a place where the days are bright and sunny and the nights are dark and star studded, the abode has a history that is older than my countries, and you want good wine and food, then look no further! La Caggia is that special place.

Tuscan Getaway

This was a fantastic vacation. My husband and I were invited to be part of a group of 13 people to rent this villa for 3 weeks in August. We were a little leery of staying some place for 3 weeks with some people we did not know. Le Caggia for the perfect place. There was room for all of us and then some. The weather was so nice while we were there that we often sat outside where there were many comfortable chairs and a big table all overlooking a beautiful sunflower field. The first night and at least four other nights, Fabio and Jacopo made us a delicious home cooked dinner that was every bit as good as any restaurant we went to. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to experience life in the Tuscan countryside.

Bucket List Dream Come True!

Renting a villa in Tuscany and exploring the region had been on my bucket list for years. My husband and I decided 2016 was the year to do it. I began looking at options on VRBO and after many hours of searching I found the listing for Le Caggia. I looked at all the pictures and read every review and got more and more excited. This seemed like the perfect place for us. The only drawback was the size. I wasn't sure I'd be able to get enough people to go especially because I wanted to go for three weeks. Well we ended up with 13 adults. We all arrived at the villa by either transport arranged by Jacopo and Fabio or rental car. From the moment we turned into the driveway and saw the fields of blooming sunflowers I knew this was going to be a very special place. Le Caggia was our home away from home and Jacopo and Fabio our family. I guess because we spent 3 weeks we were able to forge true friendships with both our hosts. They are truly some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and the best hosts ever! I won't repeat what previous reviewers have said except to agree with them whole heartedly. I recommend Le Caggia to anyone who wants to have a true Tuscan experience courtesy of Jacopo and Fabio.

MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE for a family of 7

First let me start by saying THANK YOU to Jacopo and Fabio for being the absolute best property managers. I was traveling with 4 children ages 5-15 and my husband and my mother. Jacopo from the first time I reached out was fabulous at responding and going above and beyond to answer any questions in a timely manner. Once we booked our trip he was in regular contact just to check in and ask if we needed anything. We were coming from the US and had almost 24 hours of travel time so we got into Sovicille before we were to check in with Jacopo and Fabio. We were exhausted and delirious- not only did they meet with us hours before we were supposed to get there, they also helped get us settled in AND as we napped they brought us over the most incredible welcome meal. Truthfully, it was probably the best meal we had the entire trip. My husband and I ran into Sovicille to stop at the market and we ran into a familiar face, Fabio. He waved and talked to us like we were old friends. He then asked if we would like his assistance translating in the market. OUTSTANDING..what service. Unfortunately, our first night my daughter needed something from the farmacia and Jacopo was available to us late in the night to try and find one still open. We eventually found one in Siena but it was tough to find something that late. Just as a side note- there are NO grocery stores open in the area past 1 on Sunday. If you are staying around the villa on Sunday make sure you have all of your shopping done on Saturday. We stayed just over a week using Le Caggia as our home base; it was absolutely perfect. The house was clean, spacious, lots to do & even with the 7 of us we never once ran out of hot water. It truly felt like our home away from home- actually it is what we want home to be. It was incredible to wake up to the birds singing in the morning in the tree outside our window and then watch the sheep being herded across the field. On our final day, Jacopo and Fabio came again to see us off, they took our final picture and bid us arrivederci. I know there are A LOT of places for rent- I looked; this place is by far the best place. There are not enough kind words I can type to describe the 'perfect fit' we experienced. Jacopo and Fabio work tirelessly to make each experience perfect- even down to each one of our kids. Thank you so very much for that. Italy was a lifetime dream vacation thanks to Fabio & Jacopo and maybe if you are lucky Pollack will come visit you

Dream villa in the heart of Tuscany!

There were 10 of us traveling in Italy and we needed a big house to accommodate everyone; this villa exceeded all of our expectations! Our hosts were incredible before and after we arrived at the villa. Jacopo was very helpful and responded to every email/question I had quickly; he even set up our transportation from the airport and made sure all of the rooms were arranged to our preference before we arrived. There were 8 adults and 2 kids staying at the villa and we had more than enough room (we didn't even use 2 of the bedrooms) and my 1 year old had a crib already set up that he slept comfortably in. We were greeted with a lovely welcome dinner courtesy of our gracious hosts and the villa was supplied with bottles of excellent red and white wine that we helped ourselves to every night. The kids had a wonderful time playing outside in the huge yard which was equipped with a volleyball court, ping pong table and tons of seating so we could enjoy the outdoors. The house itself had everything that we needed to cook meals for 10 people every night and the washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus. All of the bedrooms were big and spacious and we all slept very comfortably in our beds. Although the weather was still quite cold when we were there, we were still able to take advantage of the bbq and fire pit outside and watch the sun set over the hills. The villa was about 20 minutes drive to Siena where you can easily go to the market and pick up everything you need. Overall, the villa was incredibly well kept while maintaining the rustic charm of the area and fulfilled all of our needs. We were looking for a nice, quiet, big villa to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany and we definitely found it! I cannot say enough good things about our stay and hope to return in the near future. Thank you Jacopo and Fabio for opening your home up and allowing us to create some great memories in Tuscany! Until next time!

A Perfect Week in Tuscany

Our original plan was for 4 couples to share the villa rental. Unfortunately, one of the couples decided not to make the trip for personal reasons. Then we were 6. Next the husband of another couple had back surgery, but despite having 3 months to recuperate, was not well enough to be able to travel a long distance. Then we were 4. Two weeks before we were to leave, the husband of the remaining couple fell and broke his wrist on one hand and his thumb on the other hand. Then we were 2! So two us got to share this amazing space that is meant for so many more people. There were so many rooms, we could have slept in a different one every night! The villa is off the beaten track so the only noise you hear are songbirds and an occasional rooster in the distance. It is easy to get to all Tuscany has to offer (but I would make sure I had a GPS.) Siena is close and has a large Coop Supermarket so you can stock up on all your needs. It was nice being able to have breakfast at home and stop somewhere for lunch. We also loved picking up fresh products and making dinner a few nights. The kitchen at the villa is fully equipped and the large fridge made it easy to keep on hand all that you need. The bedrooms are large and all of the bathrooms are modern. The grounds are beautiful and I don't envy the amount of work that Jacopo and Fabio do keeping the villa in perfect condition. The garden is very nice and there is lots of outdoor seating space with many chairs and tables. We really appreciated Fabio dropping by a couple of heads of fresh picked lettuce from the garden. Jacopo welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake. I can't think of anything that the villa is missing, There is a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, Jacopo was always available via phone or text. His directions to the villa were perfect and even with my less than perfect sense of direction, we found our way without a single wrong turn(not counting getting out of the airport.). Jacopo and Fabio were waiting to welcome us to the villa and show us "the lay of the land." We were in contact via text during our drive from Florence. The villa has a pool which given our slightly cool weather we did not use as well as a wood fired hot tub. The wi-fi in the house works perfectly and there is cable TV although English stations are limited to news. However, we were able to watch Netflix so our entertainment needs were met.

WONDERFUL VACATION- BEAUTIFUL VILLA - EXCELLENT LOCATION!!!

I chose this home in Tuscany for my family vacation, there were 10 of us and we all had an incredible time staying here , the villa is amazing!!! Exceeded our expectations. This home is perfect for any family needing a beautiful home away from home. It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house has everything you need, spacious bedrooms and a great open kitchen with wonderful views. The home is in an excellent location for enjoying Tuscany and its sight-seeing very close to Siena, Florence, Chianti area, Montalcino, Pienza….etc Fabio and Jacopo are gems and perfects hosts, friendly, always available to answer any questions and help with numerous things They prepared two delicious dinners, highly recommended. They also arranged a wine tour and a guided tour in Siena for our group, everybody loved the experience. We can't say enough positives! I highly recommend this house to everyone looking for an unforgettable vacation in tuscan countryside. We plan to come again when we get a chance.

Spectacular!

A beautiful and comfortable house in a gorgeous and peaceful location, with every possible comfort available, close enough to dozen of amazing Tuscan cities and sites, managed by two great, friendly, efficient, courteous guys who make every effort to make you feel at home. Jacopo and Fabio make paradise seem even better. We were four couples who had an unforgettable week at Le Caggia. We were also fortunate to have tasted Jacopo's and Fabio's wonderful cooking.

An amazing villa !!! Great hosts!

We had an amazing experience at Le Caggia this summer, one that will be remembered for many years ahead. The location is unique and so is the villa itself. We had enjoyed both the serenity and solitude and the proximity of the villa to Siena and few other amazing surrounding villages. Jacopo and Fabio were very very nice, helpful and responsive! They also cook great tuscan dishes! We hope to come back soon....

The perfect place!!!!

From the beginning, when we decided to book this property everyone in our group felt in love with this home. Now I am so happy that we chose this Villa Our week there was everything we dreamed of. The home was just absolutely perfect for our group. Everything was provided, it is so peaceful and quiet yet so close to everything, location is perfect, Siena 10 miles away, Florence one hour driving Final shout out to Fabio and Jacopo who made our stay even more enjoyable, they prepared us delicious meals and a cooking class. They helped organize the reservation and were accommodating to our group needs. They also provided all of the necessary information prior to our stay. Once we arrived, the house was spotless and had all of the amenities we needed A great place for a family gathering . We will definitely be back again! Thank you.

Quintessential Tuscan Villa

Le Caggia was exactly the Tuscan experience we had hoped for, and more. The villa was impeccable, warm, and inviting in its decor and beautiful property. Being close to Siena, we went often to this our favorite city. We had daily winery tours planned and this was a great central location for our 1.5-2 hr. trips by car. Using our own updated TomTom, we visited Avignonesi, San Felice, Baracchi, Caparzo, Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona, and Talenti wineries, making arrangements in advance of our trip. In the evenings, the 8 of us prepared dinner together with local fresh foods in a well-equipped, open kitchen using fresh herbs from the gardens. Jacopo and Fabio prepared dinner for us the night of our arrival and gave us an Italian cooking lesson on another. Sadly, after 7 days, we had to say good-by to our new friends but we have great memories to cherish always.

Villa Le Caggia is truly perfect

This place is amazing! Everything you dream Tuscany is and better. And Jacopo and Fabio are unbelievable hosts. They treated us like we were part of their family! The meal they prepared for our first day was wonderful, and our cooking class they gave us mid-week was unforgettable. (To duplicate the results here at home may be a challenge, though). Wonderful Tuscany meals. The Villa, spacious (an understatement), clean, relaxing, with amenities that made me feel like I was in a dream made our family get-together an experience better than I ever could have imagined. The gardens and fresh herbs (and strawberries!), the view, everything about it gives you a new perspective on life. I have recommended the villa to everyone who asks and I hope to get back there one day myself! Hopefully, for another family vacation! Thank you Jacopo and Fabio. You guys are great!
