"I only stayed briefly but everything was excellent. Clean, well decorated & furnished, excellent communication from hosts. My only warning would be the surroundings and the parking lot could be perceived as unsafe - nothing outrageous but some rowdy folks in the evening, dark parking lot. If you're sensitive about the sort of thing you might want to be careful."

"Tad was an excellent host; highly responsive and went out of his way to accommodate a specific need I had during my stay. I truly appreciated his attentiveness.Unfortunately, the noise from the upstairs unit made the overall experience quite unpleasant. It was simply untenable and significantly impacted my...

"It was clean, the communication was great, check in was very easy. The did provide nice little thoughts with cleaning supplies, extra tp , and coffee pods. Also the washer / dryer is a great perk. It is about 10 mins or so south of SJ downtown and beaches but I was born and raised in SJ so understood this before booking.
