"This was the perfect size for us for a short stay. It had all the essentials, and it was clean and tidy. (We spend most of our time outside and away from our lodging when on vacation.) I discussed a couple of small concerns with the host, and he was very responsive. We would stay there again in the future."

"If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!!"

The unit was very nice, was hoping to be able to check in before 4, as we had all of our luggage with us and didn't want to go into town with it still in vehicle but Host stated unit was ready until a little after 3, this Host doesn't send out door code until unit is available. (Previous unit in Bar Harbor, we were sent info. 3 days in advance) There was hair products and bath soap provided, In the kitchen, there were some misc....

John is a welcoming host and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. The cottage is great for 2 people, equipped with the basics and has a great deck to enjoy the views. Planning to return next year. "The place is great! Clean, beautiful, fully stocked, great appliances close enough to town but quiet nice yard. Couldn't have asked for better, When checking in there was a minor misunderstanding about which the two units we were in but owner immediately assisted and it properly would not ever happen again. Otherwise check in would have also been a breeze. Fabulous Place."

Outside grounds area needs cleaned up a bit, with snow blower just outside front door and old cooling units behind unit. Sliding screen door to the deck was not functionable."
