Bellropes Countryside Retreat - sleeps 27 guests in 14 bedrooms

Bellropes is a fabulous property that can comfortably accommodate up to 27 people, and is available to hire exclusively for special occasions, family reunions, a significant birthday, a corporate away day or just a get together with friends. Set in two acres of beautiful gardens and boasting spectacular views of the Blackwater Estuary, Bellropes is the perfect place to get away from the daily routine and relax.

The main house offer 6 spacious rooms (2 King rooms, 2 twin rooms, 1 Double room and 1 Single room). The double and one king room are interlinked, making them great for families. There are a further 6 double en suite bedrooms in a chalet-style accommodation block and a further two king/twin en suite bedrooms in the garden rooms, which are also interlinked. Please ask if you need any clarification.

Nobody will need to queue for the shower in the mornings, as 11 bedrooms have their own en suite shower and toilet.

The main social spaces include the recently refurbished open plan kitchen diner offering panoramic views of the garden and estuary, and a spacious living room for everyone to enjoy. The outside areas are brilliant, with excellent facilities for barbecues on the patio area complete with a large rustic table where you'll all have space to sit, chat, drink and eat as the sun dips beneath the horizon. There is plenty of space to kick a ball about or play Frisbee in the garden or even take a stroll over the footbridge and feed the fish in the secure fenced pond.

Roam the Essex countryside with miles of footpaths right on the doorstep before relaxing in the hot tub. Alternatively there are plenty of local activities, such as clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, sea fishing, sailing and golf (to name but a few) to keep you entertained!
