"Novotel Auckland Airport is a great place to stay. I’ve stayed here numerous times during my travels to Auckland with early morning flight departures. Aside from being a well maintained hotel, it’s just a few steps away from the international terminal. Hotel dining is also high-quality and delicious. Staff are always friendly. "Fantastic overnight stay before flying out. They have a free shuttle to and from airport and can leave the car there for free for up to 7 days. Amazing value for money and will be our go to place when heading overseas again!"

We had to book the night before we arrived in addition to the night we actually stayed, because we arrived to Auckland early in the morning and wanted to be sure we’d have a room available to check into. Rooms were ready upon arrival, clean and modern. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good too."

"Room, badsheets and washroom were very dirty. Washrooms did not have lights and bedroom was blocked. Staffs were uncooperative when issues above were raised. I had to check out one night earlier. Good parking spaces and close to shops."
