"The room was fine; however, the property is 'sketchy'. I can only hope that properties like Shenstone can improve and offer medium priced accomodation in an area that badly needs it. With non-refunable reservations, I gave up my $$, to stay in a place that was cleaner."

"Hotel policy, they required to provide Driver license and enter my personal Identification in their system, even they have my Expedia booking and credit card info. I don’t know how secure with the hotel storing system, I am worry that my personal ID is sold to the third party or third country for criminal activities like fraud and scams. For this reason I will not book for this hotel again or refer it to anyone"

"Room was clean and very impressed with the room. Room rate was great but definitely won’t be paying the July /August rates….very overpriced for that time. Couple complaints, fridge gurgled a lot and when furnace ran it was like a rocket taking off….very loud. Was quite surprised with the appliances based on the hotel being very new!!"

"Property is messy. (Renovations?) Check in was slow. Our room was clean but had strange smell. Beds were comfortable. Sleep interrupted by noisy neighbors twice."

"Location was excellent, Breakfast room was nicely layed out. Staff were friendly. Plenty of choices for breakfast example bagels, muffins etc Being gluten intolerant I couldn’t have them, but my husband really enjoyed them. Just one little thing, I was disappointed with the hot breakfast, we were their two days and there was no bacon. Overall I preferred their porridge cereal, fruit. I did make a suggestion if possible to add a few gluten free choices like bread and muffins which most hotels...

"What a fabulous weekend spend in a beautifully refurbished farmhouse. Check in was super easy with a code and keypad, and Mark texted to remind us that if we needed anything we just had to send a note.The kitchen is exceptionally done with beautiful finishings.We ate outside and enjoyed the fresh air, but there was AC on both floors to keep the house cool during the 30 degree Celsius weekend.It's a short drive to the beach, and we enjoyed a day trip in Southampton.A wonderful weekend all around."
