  • Located on highly desirable Seaview Avenue in South Yarmouth, this three bedroom, one bathroom cottage is located exactly where you would want it to be. Close to multiple Yarmouth beaches (.2 miles to Thachers Beach, .2 to Sea View Beach and .4 to Parker River Beach) and RT 28 and all of the restaurants and entertaining there, you will have no shortage of summer time fun awaiting you. Spend your days relaxing in the sun and surf! Come home and rinse off in the private outdoor shower before heading out for a round of mini-golf and dinner. Don't forget to try Capt. Parker's and their award winning clam chowder. The efficient kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook or grill dinner. Bedroom 1 has two single beds. Bedroom 2 has one queen bed. Bedroom 3 has one queen with one single trundle underneath. The cottage has central AC, WiFi and a smart TV. The back deck features a gas grille and outdoor dining table. You and your guests will relax in comfort while being surrounded by the best that Cape Cod has to offer.
    Sat to Sat rentals only. Tenants supply their own linens and pets are considered. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Please note there is no washer and dryer in the unit.

Almost perfect, except it was a Spider House

This property was private, in walking distance to the beach and Skipper’s restaurant, lots of sidewalks for those morning or evening walks by the beach or in nearby neighborhoods, and quick and easy access to downtown. Loved the area and perfect for what we needed! Typical renovated cape cod cottage with great outdoor shower, which was used over the indoor one. Central AC was key and helped keep us cool when sleeping at night. Overall loved our time here. There were issues preventing me from giving it 5 stars - the lack of area inside to cook or eat (the stove is tiny and only space for two to sit and eat, unless you eat outside). Because of this, we ended up eating out most of the time, instead of cooking something or eating in. We did not try the grill. The indoor shower was very small and not comfortable to use. The house was tidy, but not as clean as we would have expected. The cleaning crew missed dusting and vacuuming in basic spots. We swept and cleaned up after we left. They had board games and salt taffy for us, and the tv was great for rainy days. The house is set back - so private and quiet. Unfortunately, the house was infested with spiders (all kinds, big adult house spiders to wolf spiders). We killed on average 8 per day, and 50 the whole week. Not good when 2 out of the three family members are afraid of spiders. They were in every area of the home - kitchen, living room, bedrooms. On the third day, when one dropped on my spouse’s head we called the management company. They were very nice and offered to “bomb” the place. This would not work as we had a child and dog with us. We told them they should take care of the issue after we leave, but made it extremely stressful when in the house or trying to sleep. The property also said the mattresses would have protective covers. They did not. Fortunately, we brought our own. If the spider issue is resolved and make a few updates (mattresses, furniture, seal gaps in walls), we would consider returning again.

It was so nice being only a short walk from three beaches, delicious food, and ice cream too! This home was perfect for our family of four and our black lab. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The location of this cottage is ideal. Beach is walking distance. Great for dog lovers. I walked my dog around the neighborhood. everyone was very friendly. Very clean. Central air was great, comfortable for sleeping. .

Great vacation spot!

Very clean. Decent property, somewhat updated. Mattresses could use some updating. 5 min walk to your choice of beaches can't be beat! Would be tight for more than one family, but perfect for family of 4! Overall a very nice stay!!

No cable tv the house had dirty dishes with sugar and coffee Stains. The shower didn’t drain properly and water up to ankles. Peeling paint throughout the house. The house itself didn’t feel clean and was run down. Bathroom was extremely small. Not enough toilet paper and garbage bags. Just wasn’t the cozy house that appeared in the pics. Wouldn’t recommend or go back to this rental.

Amazing getaway

Many beaches to choose from within walking distance. Cottage has everything you need and a feeling of privacy on the back deck. Adam is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

Such a cute cottage with an amazing location to great beaches and restaurants. George, the owner, and Adam, the property manager, were both extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or issues. We traveled with two dogs and an RV which George and Adam graciously accommodated. The cottage has a great layout and feels spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of beds and high quality furniture. We especially loved the outside shower and outdoor dining area. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the cottage upon arrival which George and Adam quickly addressed. We also wished that there were a few more kitchen basics (cooking supplies and drink ware). Overall we loved our stay and actually extended it 2 more nights! We will definitely return!
