Welcome to this unique Mid-Cape home located on the Cape Cod bike path (just a 1 mi bike from Flax Pond recreation center). Inviting outdoor space with grill, gas fireplace, and sitting area, perfect for family and friends. Shed stocked with beach necessities. Brand new outdoor shower. Perfect for beach days and summer nights. First bedroom is off the main living space. 1 queen bed with large walk-in closet/office space. The open-concept living area features high ceilings and natural light. Lower level bedroom 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed. 2nd full bath. White linens and towels are provided. Close drive to beaches, Blue Rock golf course, and popular restaurants.
Flax Pond Recreation is the perfect spot to bring the kids for a swim or play pickleball on the brand-new courts!

Summer vacation

Very clean. Nice floor plan. Fire pit didn't work at first but was quickly replaced and we enjoyed it. Loved the outdoor shower. Gas grill was great. The location is on a main road so there was occasional road noise while sleeping. Hosts were very nice. We would stay here again.

Clean, cozy and well-stocked property in a very convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, neat, and well-stocked with everything we needed, both inside and outside (in the shed). The location would allow you to visit anywhere on the Cape as it is centrally located in mid-Cape, close to many beaches and attractions. (The digital lock was a bit finicky and took some time to master. Probably worth taking a look at.). Thanks.

Cozy Cape Cod Getaway

We visited Fri-Sun. of Thanksgiving weekend, and so enjoyed the coziness of the home. Plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing, and enjoying our time away in Cape Cod. The nearby CCRT doubled as a convenient morning walk route, since bike traffic was pretty nonexistent this time of year. We found numerous family-friendly holiday activities, from Mashpee to Hyannis. The home was spacious enough to accommodate the enclosure for our pet bunny, and Allie was very responsive in our interactions both before and up to check-in. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the basic necessities for cooking, reheating, abd tidying up. We had a wonderful time!

Beyond expectations!!

If I were to own a vacation rental that housed all the amenities of “home,” this is exactly what I would do. So much thought went into having everything you might need and so much you didn’t know you’d need. The home was very clean and very comfortable! The location was ideal for our planned activities, central to all parts of the Cape. I would definitely stay in this home again on out next visit.

Great experience!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and it it was easy to find things. It’s location is pretty central on the cape so you can get to any town pretty easily. We loved the fire pit - we spent a lot of our time out there ❤️

Cosy, well equipped holiday house

We spent 8 nights in the cosy house in South Yarmouth. It is super clean and there is absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay and perfectly equipped for carefree days at the beach. It is central to everything but there are no beaches in walking distance. It’s right on a main street so there is traffic noise although the outdoor area is tastefully tucked away behind the house. Communication was super.

Family stay

Lovely stay. Right next to the rail trail. It was a bit small for four adults and two kids but manageable. Fire pit and outdoor shower were really nice. Proximity to lots of local things about 15 minutes. About 30 minutes to Nickerson state park. Plenty of towels and linens.

Top notch experience

This home was fantastic! It was exactly as described and pictured. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. More than enough towels and supplies. Incredibly clean. Nice, quiet neighborhood and a short drive to some of the other towns in the cape. Communication with Allie was easy and she was always quick to respond. She provided all of the details of her property, check-in, check-out, things to do, places to eat, etc in an easy to use link prior to our arrival. Such a lovely experience from beginning to end. We would highly recommend her property.

Very clean, comfortable but a little noisy traffic

Love this place! Clean, comfortable beddings. Kitchen has everything from knives, straws to spices, the nespresso coffee machine with pods are the plus! Conveniently located surrounded by beaches and attractions, though the house is right on main traffic and you could hear pretty much cars zooming by. Bring sleep masks if you stay during summer - the sun peeps out at 5:30 am LOL. Would love to have a TV in the bedrooms though. Thanks for everything! Allie, the host, is the best!

Beautiful spot

Fantastic place to stay l. Great location for exploring the cape and was a perfect spot to enjoy rainy day as the space is beautiful. The hosts were extremely responsive and answered our questions quickly. The amenities were also top notch (bikes, bbq, fire, pet friendly, etc.). Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Long Weekend Cape Get Away

Lovely home centrally located close to beaches and shopping and on the bike trail. Accommodations were perfect as listed. Very clean and well stocked kitchen, open and airy floor plan. We enjoyed an early Spring weekend. We normally stay in Orleans so this was a great chance to see another part of the Cape. Grey’s Beach is amazing and don’t forget Ice Cream Smuggler - the best ice cream on the Cape. This was an easy stay. Thank you! Place Family (30 Yrs vacationing on the Cape)

Relaxing getaway just as advertised

Our family had a relaxing week at Cape Cod and everything was as advertised. Within walking distance to bike trail. Close drive to all attractions/shopping/beach etc. Everything you needed on site including bikes, beach chairs etc.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed staying here during our trip to Cape Cod! Allie was easily reachable throughout our stay and very responsive to all of our questions and requests! The home was also even better than expected, everything was very clean organized and well stocked. We loved using the fire pit and the grill. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Cape Cod.

Long Weekend at the Cape

We had a wonderful stay at this home in South Yarmouth. It was better than described. Beautiful, well appointed, provided more than expected (sheets, towels, toiletries), and super clean. The fire-pit was great for s'mores. Centrally located and easy access to everything. Highly recommended.

Clean and well stocked

I have stayed in many VRBO properties. This was the cleanest and best stocked I have ever stayed in. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee linens and towels. There were some technical issues with the tv/internet and the owners were on it immediately and it was fixed the next morning! Due to the weather, we didn’t have a chance to use the fire pit, but it looks very inviting. Also, the property is situated within walking distance of the Cape Cod bicycle trail. If you are looking for a centrally located, comfortable place to stay, this is it. Enjoy!!
