    Le damos la bienvenida a usted y a su familia para que disfruten de sus vacaciones en nuestra hermosa casa de playa en South Yarmouth, a pocos pasos de Parkers River Beach. Compramos nuestra casa de playa hace unos años y hemos actualizado toda la decoración para hacer de este su hogar lejos del hogar, ya que es nuestro.

    ¡Disfruta la conveniencia de estacionar tu auto y dar un corto paseo por nuestra playa familiar! Esta playa es única y ofrece lo siguiente: baños, duchas, puesto de comida, socorristas e incluso un parque infantil para entretener a sus pequeños. En su camino a casa, pare en la famosa cubierta de Skippers y disfrute de un cóctel, un aperitivo e incluso un helado. Por qué no? Estás de vacaciones...

    También estamos a solo 1 milla de distancia de Bass River Beach, que es una hermosa playa con las mismas comodidades, así como acceso a la pesca y el canotaje ...

    Relájese en nuestro acogedor porche delantero o disfrute de la espaciosa cubierta nueva y la ducha exterior. Disfruta de la privacidad que tienes en nuestro hogar, así como de la increíble ubicación. A minutos de Rt 28, donde se encuentran todos los restaurantes, actividades y pintorescas atracciones de Cape Cod.

    Podrá disfrutar de todas las comodidades que tenemos para ofrecerle para que su estancia sea tan cómoda como estar en su propia casa. ¡Finalmente encontramos nuestra casa de playa! Bellamente cuidado de casa con pisos de madera y todos los extras. Acabamos de construir una nueva cubierta envolvente contemporánea con una amplia ducha exterior justo al lado de la sala de sol.

    El primer piso tiene dos salas de estar, cada una con sofás-cama que deja mucho espacio para dormir para los huéspedes. Una hermosa sala de sol de 4 temporadas con vistas a la terraza, ideal para el entretenimiento. También contamos con televisores de pantalla plana, cable, juegos de mesa, libros para niños, y una lavadora / secadora, así como WIFI para su conveniencia.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, el primer dormitorio tiene una cama queen y la tercera habitación tiene una cama matrimonial nueva con dos camas individuales y una cama nido que se puede sacar.

    Ropa de cama - Tenemos sábanas para todas las camas, toallas de baño, toallas de playa, paños de cocina, pero le pedimos que amablemente se lave y seque antes de su salida si elige usarlas.

    Todos los 3 dormitorios tienen unidades de aire acondicionado.

We knew we had found a wonderful place to stay when we walked in the door! The home was spacious, warm and welcoming, clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order and as described. The short walk to Parkers River Beach and the Skipper made the vacation!! We thought our experience would be good because the communication we had with Dave & Melissa before arrival was very positive but we were amazed how friendly all their neighbors were!!! In all our rental history we have never had neighbors do this!! Truly is a gem in South Yarmouth and hope to return!!

Great place for a family

The house was perfect. Open for everyone to hang out together but with plenty of space. Location was perfect for kids with the beach, restaurants, and entertainment right nearby. Host very responsive. I highly recommend this for a family vacation.

Very nice house

We had very nice stay . House is in great neighborhood , very quiet street . Morning coffee on front porch to start your day and great deck on the back for afternoon relaxation . Very clean and tastefully decorated . Everything that we expected from this Cape Cod cottage was there and more

House was clean, spacious and comfortable and an easy walk to the beach.Guests should realize that all bedrooms are upstairs accessible by steep set of stairs. This was a problem in that my wife has a disability. A hose out back would have good to clean off the table and deck.

Great week away at this Beach House!

House was in great condition and as described. Kids had a great time in the fenced-in yard, on the spacious deck, and in the multiple family rooms. Easy and quick walk to the beautiful beach (beach also had a wonderful playground). Great stay!

Relaxing

Everything was as advertised. Kitchen had everything you would need. Plenty of areas to sit and relax both inside and outside. Deck is a good size with plenty of seating. Short walk to beach and restaurant/bar/ice cream stand.

Great property and location

Excellent property located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were 10 people for 4 of our 7 days and had plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of TV’s for all. Very nice large deck in back with plenty of seating and a gas fire pit to enjoy at night. The beach was perfect for our young grandchildren. Owners were good to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation 2021

Where do I start? This home was beyond our expectation, according to my family it was “wicked awesome” It was beautifully decorated and meticulous. Melissa was amazing to deal with and gave me her cell number to call if we had any issues, which of course we never did . Melissa even left us a gourmet gift basket when I told her that it was our 50 th anniversary of coming to vacation on the Cape. Wish we never had to leave! Thank you soo much for everything you did in your home so others can feel so at home .

Incredible Yarmouth Home!!

I probably should not give such a glowing review as this will make it harder to book this house next year! Location was perfect, walk to beach and food. The house was immaculate with a generous sized back deck. The garage to store your beach stuff was key!! Loved it!

A perfect spot

We had a great week at the cape. The home and location are perfect for young children. We walked to the beach by day and mini golfed at night. Lots of good dining options and of course ice cream close by. A perfect spot!

Beautiful home!

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to restaurants/activities. Loved the outdoor shower and bbq. Spacious for 9 people and smart TVs really came in handy with the kids! Would definitely stay again!

Great home!

Perfect for a family with young children. Close to 2 different types of beaches, and a 1/2 mile from 28, a main thoroughfare. Owner was responsive to both questions and unusual situations. Cape is nice in September, but some places do shut down or reduce hours.

Great vacation home for the whole family!

We rented this beautiful Cape for a week for our adult children and our grandson. We all had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The home is beautifully decorated and is well maintained. There is a bright sun room in back where my husband watched TV and I read. Sunny large granite kitchen. Newer Trex deck & new grill where we cooked and entertained with the family. Just a 5 minute walk to Palmer River beach. Or you can take your vehicle and park for free. We had great weather too! The homeowners are super sweet! :)) We will be returning next year!

Great Stay in South Yarmouth!!

Spent a week of vacation at this home that wrapped up on August 12th. We had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful and the location is ideal. A 5 minute walk to the ocean/beach and a really good seafood restaurant on the water (Skippers). I can't say enough good things about Melissa the owner. She was fantastic to deal with. Very responsive to requests and questions. We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday during our stay and Melissa had a card and bottle of Prosecco waiting for her when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property not only because of the home itself, but because of Melissa. :) Paul C.

Location, location, location!

We had the pleasure of staying in this house during a long weekend. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and clean! The front porch and back deck are amazing. A short walk to the beach makes this the perfect vacation home ~
