Spencers Cottage - walk to the beach

  • Nestled in a quiet street, this charming two-story cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Just a short stroll to the Country Club, where you can enjoy tennis, golf, or bowls, and an easy 600m walk across the footbridge to Main Beach, this is an ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway.

    With two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, the home provides plenty of space for families or groups. A second shower and toilet add extra convenience, while two televisions, a DVD player, and a gas BBQ ensure relaxation and entertainment. The carport and generous parking area offer ample room for boats, making it a great choice for fishing enthusiasts.

    Please Note: 'Spencer's Cottage' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

    Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Good value for money just needs a few things attended too

The kettle doesn’t work, there is no heater, the second tv does not work and the second DVD player has no av cords at all

The house was easy to find on a good quiet street close to shops and country club.

The property is getting a little old but is clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The only problem is getting your baggage up the stairs to the second floor.

Cheap and cheerful

Affordable stay. There’s no air con or fans so i imagine it could get a bit hot. We were lucky with the weather.

The cottage is old but OK to stay for a short period, no problem. About Raine & Horne service desk: "Money comes first, before service and customer", even you are in a very difficult situation. We are a group of 4 adult couples, none is thinking a comeback to Raine & Horne South West Rocks.
