  • La Bella Vita se traduce literalmente como "la vida hermosa", y es el escape familiar ideal: está a pocos pasos de pubs, clubes, tiendas locales y las magníficas playas locales que solo la costa norte tiene para ofrecer.

    La propiedad es una moderna casa adosada de 2 plantas y 3 dormitorios en el corazón de South West Rocks. El dormitorio principal cuenta con aire acondicionado, TV con reproductor de DVD y baño privado. Las dos habitaciones de arriba tienen aire acondicionado y TV también. El baño principal es amplio con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha independiente. Puede traer su propia ropa de cama o pagar una pequeña tarifa para que las camas estén hechas y listas para su llegada.

    La cocina cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas, como lavavajillas y cafetera Nespresso. Nada como un café para comenzar el día de nuevo, o un lavaplatos para relajarse completamente.

    La sala de estar con orientación norte cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD y Wifi. Una gran biblioteca de libros, juegos y DVD también está disponible para su uso. Esta sala de estar se abre a una magnífica área de comedor al aire libre con una parrilla de carne de res, refrigerador de bar y una gran mesa de comedor de madera con cubierta de sombra de calidad de restaurante. Un gran lugar para reflexionar y relajarse después de un día fuera, o para ponerse al día con algo de lectura.

    La Bella Vita permite a todos los miembros de la familia tomarse un tiempo libre del ajetreo y el bullicio de la vida normal. El modo de vacaciones se puede activar sin esfuerzo, y todos disfrutarán de unas excelentes vacaciones en el ambiente de un tranquilo pueblo costero. The property was spotless when we arrived. Elders Lifestyle who manage the property are very professional and very prompt to answer any questions you may have. A 300 metre walk to the centre of town, beaches and restaurants. The villa is well appointed and has everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday. It is in a quiet area and also a 500 metre to the Country Club. Chop and Chill is a great cafe to have any meal and is only 300 metres from this villa. For a quiet afternoon drink overlooking the ocean the South West Rocks Surf Life Saving Club is great.

Reviewer Comments: If you look past the minor but annoying real estate confusing automatic communication this property would suit a family, for a well located accommodation to beach, river and CBD. Although SWR area deserves a good drive about the area. Here you have a lock up garage which is good to keep your car free from salt air. We made a list of things needing repair, again the RE performance in managing the property.Cleaning was basic. Just don't look under the bedheads and other 'not seen' spaces, although the beds were comfy. Lots of extras left in the kitchen, but again, a more thorough clean would suffice every 2 months e.g. Depending on what the RE charges you, this is a good property for location, and definitely not a dumpy old place.

The location was very convenient- just a 2 minute walk from South West Rocks town center. The only criticism I had was rain runoff dripping very loudly on the aircon unit outside the main bedroom. But all in all an excellent experience

Perfect situation so close, walking distance to beach, shops, cafe, resturants. Yet is was quiet and restful. Was full of comfort and space.

The Townhouse was two blocks from the beach. Parked the car for two weeks everything that we needed was within walking distance. The unit itself had everything and more quality furniture, aircon & tv’s in every room.

Great set up for a family. Our two kids were happy with the two single beds in their bedroom. Comfortable beds in the other two rooms although a King size would have suited my wife and me much better. A larger lounge would have also been preferable. Apart from these minor issues, the unit was set up well. Everything required was supplied (apart from the linen that we hired) and the kitchen was functional. We would definitely stay here again. The unit’s location was also very handy for walking to town, beaches and the club.
