This lovely three-bedroom, air-conditioned townhouse offers all the modern conveniences for a perfect family holiday. Ideally located, it’s just a short walk to the town centre, beaches, restaurants, cafes, the local pub, and the Country Club, where you can enjoy a meal, golf, or bowls.

The split-level, open-plan design features two lounge areas, three TVs, and a DVD player, ensuring plenty of space and entertainment options for everyone. The well-equipped laundry includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor setting, gas BBQ, and a surfers’ shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Park your vehicles securely in the double lock-up garage (with a 2.1m high door) and explore the local attractions on foot. With features like air conditioning, a bath tub, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and an enclosed yard, this townhouse is thoughtfully designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

A South West Rocks Accommodation holiday offers the perfect escape from the fast pace of modern life. This charming coastal town, located on the mid-north coast near the mouth of the Macleay River, is about a 5 hour drive from both Sydney and Brisbane.

South West Rocks boasts eight stunning white sandy beaches, making it a haven for beach lovers, or if being under water is your thing, enjoy some of Australia’s best scuba diving spots. The town is also home to a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts, and an 18-hole golf course. Within the Arakoon State Recreation Area, you'll find the historic Trial Bay Gaol.
