"Our stay at the Blue Boar was very comfortable and welcoming particularly as we had a dog.We had a lovely sized room with very comfortable beds and beautiful white crisp cotton bedding. The bath was large with piping hot water- lovely to relax in after a days walking. The food was exceptionally good in the evening and the breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of cooked options. We are definitely going to return when we are in the area again. "

"A great welcome, very friendly, lovely, comfy, spacious room. Mouth watering meals and great choice of drinks. Although we had a lovely Valentine meal, we were in the public bar, next to the bar which was a bit noisy, table in the restaurant would have been preferred for a bit more privacy. Still we had a wonderful stay."
