"Located in a lovely setting but starting to look a bit tired throughout. We booked an upgraded room so two nights cost £355.00 Bed and breakfast which I don’t feel was good value. We have stayed in a much nicer hotel with that amount of budget. The room was OK but things like a shower over the bath with a rather tired curtain were not what we had expected. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately I felt the experience didn’t live up to our expectations...

"Property ideal for two. Well equipped with all amenities. Petrol station and local shop close at hand walking distance. Sited out of Woolacombe to far to walk but thats a good thing to be away from the noise and adjacent to the main road for traveling to other places in Devon. "Perfect location to spend time with family. Everything we needed. Spent 2 days with family before going on to London. Loved exploring the town. Only wish parking was easier, but not anyone’s fault.
