"Cleanliness could be better - floors were dirty and there were bits of other guests hairs in the shower. Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! All in all, it was okay!"

"I had a Cozy room on the second floor and stayed for one night by myself. Overall, this was a pleasant stay, but I have docked one star due to some minor disappointments. The bathroom is extremely small. You had to be seated diagonally to use the toilet due to a column in front of it. Further, the water pressure was unpredictable when I was using it (mostly at night). Shower water pressure would vary, sometimes slowing to a mere dribble, but it would eventually come back up to normal pressure....

"The staff was not there when we arrived, they were grocery shopping. The tv didn’t work. The room was nice and very good and clean. The staff was not at the desk in morning either."

"The hotel reeka of tradition and old time comforts. But the bed was modern superfoam. Many like this, I detest timing a mattress. I didn't ask, maybe there's a choice of mattress types... I doubt it Other than that, aside from the small nature of everything, and tight turns and corners...it's a very good hotel.."

"Rooms were clean, but the room was kinda run down, was a bigger room than expected, I did not see a pool or hot tub, the people in the next room ( 2 or 3) were screaming at each other outside between 12am and 3am both nights we stayed there, we were treated great by the cleaning staff who helped stock up the towels and xheck up on us daily."
