This bright, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage offers a serene getaway in a picturesque landscape. With a large outdoor firepit, plenty of patio space for BBQs, and a host of amenities—from ping pong and air hockey to board games and a classic movie collection—there is so much to enjoy during your stay! Plan a games night with family and friends, share stories while roasting marshmallows by the fire, take a stroll under a beautiful starlit sky, serenaded by the sounds of nature, or pull up to the starlite drive-in theatre just a few blocks down.

With three bedrooms, including two queen beds, and a bunk bed (double bottom and single top), our cottage comfortably sleeps 7 adults. There are two spacious sitting areas with TVs (main level and basement), a large pull-out sofa bed and a cozy futon, as well as a furnished office to accommodate any work-related needs; free WiFi, cable TV, and washer/dryer access included. Situated on a corner lot with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy a game of badminton, volleyball, or basketball (equipment included). Extended driveway can accommodate 4-6 vehicles.

A short 7-minute drive brings you to Grand Bend's main strip, including one of Canada's most prestigious Blue Flag beaches, and a variety of restaurants, shops, and nightlife destinations. Enjoy a swim in the dazzling clear blue waters, a romantic night out on the town, or a fun-filled day of adventure with your little ones.

Just over 10 minutes away is Pinery Provincial Park, a breathtakingly beautiful park and picnic area with 10 km of sandy beach, and scenic biking/hiking trails to explore. Enjoy the sunsets, which have been ranked by National Geographic as among the “Top 10 Best in the World”!

During Spring/Fall/Winter months the fun continues thanks to our newly added 8-seater dual jet beachcomber hot tub. Enjoy a comfortable dip any time of year!

1. did not have code to lock doors when we left and could not contact manager. We had to lock doors from inside then quickly manuver through the garage before the automatic door closed 2. Mouse infestation 3. someones old ribs left on the grill 4. could not get hot tub lights to work 5. neighbors call police forfor being outside after 11 just for low key tubing and talkingforfoobthrough

Ladies getaway

Difficulties getting into the property and unable to speak to the owner/manager for help. Thankfully the place is up for sale and we were able to get help from the realtor. Didn't use the hottub No shade in the backyard No toilet roll!!!

Ladies Weekend

Just a few things that need to be addressed. The beds are horrible, hard as a board made for terrible nights. The hot tub jets were not in working order as well had no privacy as the curtains did not zip. Zippers broken. Had to supply our own toilet paper which you would think would be included in the price. Now the games room in the basement was beautiful!

Anniversary stay

We had a great time at the cottage. Everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed playing ping pong and we loved that there was laundry facilities available as well. We would definitely love to go back.

A great spot to spend time together

We rented for two nights to have a quick beach weekend with the family before we say goodbye to the summer. The place was great, lots of room for everyone to have their own space, but also lots of common space to bring everyone together. Less than 10 minutes from the main beach and all of the amenities you will need. Also quite close to the Pinery for a quieter beach day that costs less than 3 hours of parking by the strip. Many thanks to our hosts!

Great location

Loved the campfire pit, location to the drive in cinema and nice and close to the beach. Short drive. All within 10 minutes groceries, beach, beach bars, shopping. Great experience and was a great place for first timers to grand bend.

Title: A Fantastic Stay with an Exceptional Host! I rently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation rental booked through VRBO, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. I would just like to say congratulations on the new member of there family ..... Yes thats right, the communications with our host was seamless even during the bith of there child. With quick response to our inquiries and provided detailed information about the property. Their warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the immaculate condition of the property. It was clear that our host took great pride in maintaining a clean and well-appointed space. The accommodations were exactly as described in the listing, if not better. Every room was tastefully decorated, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. From the cozy living area to the fully equipped kitchen, we felt right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality provided by our host. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was a bunch of flyers sugesting local restaurants,and tips about nearby attractions, their thoughtfulness and attentiveness were truly amazing.

Awesome stay!

This property was perfect for our girls weekend away! Grand bend strip was less then 10 mins away with all kinds of things to do in town. Rich was very informative and helpful before and during our trip! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Amazing experience

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. The place was very clean, with a gorgeous backyard. The hosts were nothing short of friendly, and we would recommend this place for any group. We would love to return in the future
