"Booked through Expedia to pay at hotel money was taken out Before I got there. Went to my room a lot of people sitting outside. Smoking pot didn’t feel comfortable went back to front desk didn’t want that room asked to be exchanged. She said nothing she could do. We’ll never stay at this hotel again ..."

"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
