"Clean room. Staff were nice. Loud kids outside the door for a good portion of the evening."

"Had a good stay everything was great"

"You get what you pay for. Rooms were cleaned at the bare minimum. Floors hasn’t been swept in years seems like. No breakfast as advertised. Even if it was I wouldn’t eat from there."

"Clean updated room, only downside was the elevator was out of order."

"Always the great place to stay, staff is very friendly."

"I will say the staff was incredibly kind however, everything about the room was extremely uncomfortable. It smelled horribly, the bed was probably the worst bed I'd ever slept in. The springs were broken and hard as a rock. The shower curtain was moldy and the entrance door handle was broken. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights and I barely made it the first night. I woke up at 5am packed up and left. I didn't even ask for a refund I just needed to get out of there. I think I paid $100/night and...

"Ok"

"Enjoyed my stay. I was there for 5 days. Staff was very helpful. Great location for shopping and restaurants."

"Expected more from a brand name hotel. Bad: There was peeling paint and mold in the bathroom shower, the soaps smelled very strange, carpets were buckled in hallways. Outdoors had no place to sit, except for wood picnic benches and tables in terrible condition. Good: salt water pool was warm and breakfast was good."

"RUSH to the front desk and ask for Mateo because he is super helpful, kind, and has a sense of humor--Thank you Mateo! Overall, great hotel, very clean, good amenities, and a the bed was perfectly firm yet soft for a comfy night sleep. Keep up the good work."
