"Let me start with the curb appeal of the location. It was just getting done snowing and the grounds and parking were already cared for.
The hotel in easy on/off major roads.
The interior is very clean, like new clean.
Just before 1 pm I stopped in early to ask a question and come back later. The desk clerk answered my question in a manner that made me feel appreciated. I intended to come back to check in later, but when I was about to leave, he asked if I would like to check now...

"The hot water in the shower was non-existent, luke warm at best. Other than that, all good. The lady at the front desk could have let my friend in the door instead of letting her stand in the foyer in sub-zero weather while I parked the car. I understand the safety issues but a midnight in sub-zero weather who shows up except hotel guests?"
