"Did have any coffee or tea with the less then appetizing breakfast. The microwave smelled , the bathroom was dated and had nothing on the tile floor the prevent slipping. The towels were so small they barely covered you. Not a great stay at all."

"We checked in at 8pm after a day in the heat. Our room was 90 degrees even though the staff said their notes said the air conditioner was on. The staff also mentioned that the room should cool off in an hour. We couldn't sleep in the temperature of the room. We had an awful night. The sink counter was at an odd height (low), dirty, and the beds were very firm. Pool was closed for the season(it is July). We had a suite that included a kitchenette and full fridge. Our room was spacious and clean, and the innkeeper was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodations weren’t as historic or charming as we’d hoped. "The hotel and the staff were wonderful! Everything was great and I would definitely stay there again! However I was very surprised that I had to pay $5 per night to park there!! I didn't understand that at all, as it is a hotel, where else am I supposed to park if I don't want to pay $5 per night?? (I asked that question and was told at the mall - which would have been a good 20 minute walk away). Why not wrap it into the cost of the room or something? Because that immediately put me off. ...
