"Absolutely fantastic hotel… the staff are really friendly and welcoming, they go above and beyond to make your stay the best they can, nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are very clean and a great size for the city of NY. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and never disappoints. On top of all that the location is fantastic overlooking Bryant Park. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to NY. "

"The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Central location and easy access to public transportation. Love the rooftop terrace with 24hrs access with self-service coffee and tea. Water machine on each floor. Laundry machine is an added bonus. Highly recommended."

"Friendly front desk. Coffee station a plus. Lovely roof deak. The $0 pet policy is a rare find, and the reason we'll be back! Our room however (#1224) had a tiny window facing a brick wall. Our reservation was for a Superior Room with City View. And even if it wasn't, all of Expedia's photos showed floor-ceiling windows. So that was deceptive on their part. For one night, it was fine, and we took in the lovely view from the roof. Would stay again. "
