"Staff member checking us in after 7 PM did not greet us verbally, went straight to the keyboard and spoke only to ask for ID & credit card and to say 'you're set' as she handed us our room keys. The breakfast room attendant was a delight and was very diligent in managing the breakfast room."

"Such a cool place! The main floor is gorgeous and the rooms are on the smaller side but functional and very cute. The staff was very friendly and it’s located in a cute and safe-feeling neighbourhood. We like to walk and everything downtown was very walkable in comfortable shoes. If we are ever back in Denver we would stay here again!"

"The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. The fridge in my room did not work, I wasn't there very long so I did not bother messing with it. The TV service cut out one night in the middle of a movie and wouldn't come back on. The place was filled with hidden fees especially valet parking which is why I will not book here again."

"We just loved this cute hotel. It is built in an old school and the vibe it gives off is spacious and fun. The details of the decorations all tie in with an old school feel. The restaurant/bar had great food and drinks. It is located in a great spot to walk to other things in down town. The area was nice and safe. The employees at the front desk were friendly and knowledgable. We will definitely stay here again."

"Queen Ann B&B was wonderful from check-in to check -out. Hannah met us with warm friendly welcome, showed us around. She even made us snickerdoodle cookies! The room was very spacious and quiet...cozy. We opted to walk across the park to a wonderful little Italian restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plenty.( yogurt, fruit, cranberry bread slab, scrambled eggs, stuffed pita bread, coffee & orange juice). Check out was simple and painless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back."
