"Beautiful accommodations. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Enjoyed the patio outside the bedroom; beautiful fall day. We were walking distance to restaurants and museums. Carl served up a delicious breakfast. Will definitely come back"

"The towels were soft and plush, the bed was cozy, the water pressure was powerful and warm, and the food was so good."

"This is a gem in downtown Denver! I loved the free off-street parking, the urban vibe, the contactless checkin, the furnishings, bathroom amenities, the quick response when I asked for a fluffy throw, the art in the room and the public areas. It's like a tiny house with a loft bedroom so not really accessible, but that was not a problem for me. Check it out if you are willing to take a chance on a non-corporate property. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the city for some culture....

"Wonderful bed and pillows. Very comfortable. Love the one push button shower. The restaurant “Narrative” is excellent. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner and Happy Hour menu and all were very excellent and reasonably priced. The waitstaff and hostess were always extremely nice and attentive. There were two not so pleasant things to...

"Doc & Judith are nice and vet interesting, I wish I had looked them up before meeting them so I could have had more in depth discussions. The house is quirky and full of character, with many bars, restaurants, and fun spots to hang out within walking distance. But the night life can be a little loud if you prefer an early bedtime. Their are 2 dogs on property, but that was a bonus for us, as was the banana bread. Would totally stay here again."

"Fun and convenient spot. Staff was nice and beds were comfortable!"
