"The room was incomplete. On the second day, during housekeeping, the hair dryer was taken and never replaced. The hotel is also far from the main amenities, which results in additional transportation costs. There is nothing within walking distance. The breakfast did not meet expectations, and the staff did not seem attentive or willing to provide good service"

"Buen hotel, el desayuno muy bueno. El único problema sería la pésimo"

"Bien"

"Gracias"

"The staff was friendly and contacted me in advance to resolve a payment issue. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my stay. The pod wasn’t very clean. It had holes and stains , there was nowhere to charge my phone or other devices while sleeping, and overall it looked worn out and poorly maintained. The common areas, especially the hallways, were messy. The showers were by far the worst part. They weren’t properly sealed, the pipes were exposed, and they felt dirty and unsafe to...

"Everybody was so kind and helpful at every time. I would stay there again without a doubt. Lovely people and service. Very grateful."

"Very friendly staff, convenient and walkable location, highly recommended"

"The check-in desk was a disappointment. I think we are all the same. He was a bit racist. He wanted to charge me again. He did everything reluctantly, that's why he didn't see that I had already paid for my stay. But that made me very angry. I think that the color of the skin or the origin of another country or the accent of the language, etc., has nothing to do with it. We are all human beings and we pay the same. I think that for that reason I would not return to this hotel. But the room was...

"Hermoso "
