"We had an amazing stay at nobu hotel this past week. Front desk staff are so helpful, they catered to all of our needs and felt like they went above and beyond. Breakfast included was so filling, and chefs were kind enough to cater specially for our baby. Super clean room, very luxurious , 10/10."

"Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

The hotel itself seemed to be on the tail end of a renovation with visible signs of construction material (pieces of trim were missing, some surfaces needed to be clad,…). Valet is a little pricey at 55CAD per night, kinda handcuffed to that because there is nowhere else to park, but Valet provided extremely prompt service and easy to use QR code for vehicle accessibility. The area surrounding hotel isn't the greatest but it is very conveniently located to everything you need."
