"Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"The staff went over and above to help me with properly storing some frozen food samples I was bringing for work, and then again at the end of my day to help with storing my luggage for a conference day after I'd checked out. The front entrance to the hotel is across from several quick meal options, and the back entrance is on a quieter side street that worked well for ride pick ups. "When we arrived we learned there was no elevator. Staff helped us with our luggage up three floors. The air conditioning was not working and the room was 26 degrees. The AC never worked. There was also no hot water so we had to shower in cold water. We checked out the next morning and had to reschedule our whole weekend"

"This was a wonderful weekend stay at the Delta Toronto. Lovely city hotel with such attentive and kind staff available for whatever you may need. I had an injury (not at the hotel) and they provided me with medical assistance and were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was immaculate. Other than my unforeseen injury the weekend was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have close easy access to the major attractions in downtown Toronto."
