"We had an amazing time staying at the cabin on Loon Island. The cabin is beautiful, and is in fantastic condition. It has a full kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. you will need for cooking. The solar powered lights work extremely well, and we never had an issue using lights at night and charging devices during the day/night. Showering is simple using the collected rain water in the barrels outside and a battery powered shower head.Having the boat is awesome, and works very well for fishing and simply exploring the lake. It's a small motor so you won't be zipping around the lake, but it serves its purpose very well. We also enjoyed using the paddle boat and canoe.Outside the cabin there is also a firepit with a grill attachment that we loved to use, a charcoal grill, and a gas grill. There are a couple different places to hangout and have great views of the sunset as well. It is incredibly peaceful listening to the loons as the sun goes down.We had no issues organizing our stay with Neil and the caretaker Rob, and it was very easy checking in and out.Overall, our stay was wonderful. It exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back."
