Great Stay the only complaints I have is there was no headboards on any of the beds, the 4th bedroom is outside at the pool house so the room is not spacious as the others. No complaints only cleaning service they were great just wish you didn’t have to be there for them to conduct housekeeping. Maintenance was very responsive, took one call and they were there in a timely manner. All in All the property is a 6 star.

The Villa was very nice and clean. Rooms/Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works great. The only downside was the housekeeping only came the first day during our 4 night stay.

Great villa great host, great staff, not only would I recommend it. I’ll be trying as much as possible to stay here again. Thanks to their whole staff who made our group feel informed of any/all amenities and inclusive items and feeling as close to a home vacation as you can get

Casa Coco - We will be back!

I was extremely impressed with Casa Coco property. From the airport pickup transportation, to the checkin process with Luis, to the immediate response to any issues by Mike and his team of Johnny and Luis, to the final checkout process with Johnny. Everything was smooth and done with top notch class.5 star all around. The only docking is the property has an issue with ants, they were everywhere inside and out,so I cant give it a perfect 5, but it is definitely a strong 4.5. I thank you all for making pur trip special, and we will look you up first on any trips back to Dominican Republic.

disappointing

We reserved two homes to accommodate family and friends for our Holiday Vacation. WELL, let me start off with, the house is beautiful. More then enough room for everyone. BUT, there was a daily issue with the water, either being only scolding hot or freezing cold. Even after multiple maintenance services for both homes it was never working to the point were my guess could not shower in the tub without.being scalded or freezing. Having My parents and friends to bath in the sink was disappointing to say the lease. They stayed for 10 days in this condition. I can not express my frustration enough. The remaining family continued our stay in one of the homes. The heating element was finally changed out but honestly it was to late. It Is over and we are done! We have been visiting the DR now for over 10 yrs. This by fare was the most disappointing.
