When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. There was no snow close by but we were assured it may snow anytime.
A very enjoyable experience. Thank you

Very welcoming hotel with good rooms, great food and a nice location. The manager very kindly gave us a tour of the vineyard and the bodega. I would stay again.

This was our second stay at what is one of my favourite hotels. The location is perfect. The hotel is great. The staff are lovely. The food is amazing. What more could you ask for!

Positives - breakfast choice was amazing, spa great, rooms lovely size, staff friendly, parking on site and location for the slopes perfect.
Negatives - check-in process was about 30 mins and I’d checked in on-line. This may well have been due to extra precautions of our group and COVID ! Mask were an absolute must.

Phenomenal view from the roof terrace! Gorgeous apartment with everything we needed, and plenty of space to relax - very much appreciated after a day of sightseeing!
Close to restaurants and easy walk to Mirador San Nicolas, Cathedral, and old town. Alhambra is walkable albeit further and hilly.

We stayed here for two nights. It's a great little hotel in the centre of Granada. Very nice staff, a special shout out to Pilar who was incredibly helpful and a delight to deal with. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and so convenient for transport, shops, restaurants and bars etc. Would stay here again for sure.

This lovely little hotel, just 10 minutes from the centre of Granada is a little gem. Stunning views from your very large balcony, modern rooms with good facilities and wifi.
Breakfast is an extra 5euro pp/pp, a reasonable continental one. Staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel has limited options for food of an evening (just sandwiches and pizza) so eithetr eat out, or go to the supermarket.
Leave your car in the carpark, as right outside is the bus stop (buses 180 and 181) run every 15...

The self catering apartments were just as they look on the website, very good. A brisk walk uphill from Granada itself, which was what we expected. Very helpful staff. A small food welcoming pack. Very narrow streets, some the 'width of a mule'. If you are arriving by train or bus, take a taxi!
