"Finca L'Embat" is a beautifully appointed 7-room villa spanning 360 m2, designed to accommodate a maximum capacity of 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The property features stylish furnishings throughout and is distributed to offer both comfort and privacy for all guests.

The main living and dining area is elegantly appointed with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. A separate living room with an electric heater also provides access to the terrace, offering additional space for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the rest of the living areas.

The 5 bedrooms are configured as follows: 1 bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm, a private bathroom with bath and WC, a double hand-basin, and an electric heater, with direct access to the terrace. A second bedroom contains 2 beds and is served by a private bathroom with bath, WC, and a double hand-basin, also with terrace access. A third bedroom offers 2 beds and a private shower with WC, along with terrace access. The remaining 2 bedrooms each feature 2 beds, a private shower with WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, both with access to the terrace. The property includes a further bathroom fitted with bath, shower, and WC, bringing the total to 6 bathrooms. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.
