The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed"

"This house exceeded our expectations! It was clean, beautiful and the perfect place to stay close by for my son's wedding. The view from the moment you walk into the house is amazing. "Our group of 6 adults and 1 dog had a fabulous time at Chris's house. We used the firepit and the hot tub, enjoyed eating and grilling outside, played yard games, and appreciated the beach chairs provided. Plenty of kitchen gadgets for cooking our meals as well as extra spices that we hadn't thought to bring. The location was great for us to ride bikes to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and several beaches. Thanks for sharing, we had a wonderful time!"

"My brother and I with his son stayed here while visiting family nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. When we arrived the lower level sliding glass door was open and I could not figure out how to lock it. Other than that I have no complaints. There was a snow storm during our stay, they cleared the driveway and stairs within 24 hours of the storm. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. "This is a cool place! Close to the beach and tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed staying here.Place has everything, even an outdoor shower with warm water. York Beach has always been a favorite of ours! Beautiful and full of things to do. "
