"Very clean and inviting home with loads of privacy. Literally 6 mins from Calaveras Big Trees state park. Our family of six felt like we were staying at relative’s house. The kitchen was pristine and well stocked as well as the bathrooms. The beds were all clean and comfortable with an abundance of extra pillows and blankets as needed. "The two night stay was great. Everything was neat and clean and had everything you might need when away from home. The fenced area for the dog was nice. Sitting on the porch in the afternoon with a glass of wine in the peace and quiet watching the squirrels was nice. The property description indicated cable TV was available, however the property owner indicated there was no cable TV. Fortunately I brought my chromecast and was able to watch regular TV."

"A perfect "make a memory" getaway place. The farmhouse was cozy, well-stocked, and an easy walk to old town Jackson, where specialty shopping and history lessons abound! We appreciated the owner's detailed instructions for accessing the place because it is, indeed, an old neighborhood with tight parking. We also appreciated having a garage to park in. "We headed to the cabin the week before Fourth of July. The location is great. It’s just 10 minutes to Arnold where we spent most of our time hanging out at White Pines Lake. Although the kitchen is small, everything worked great in the cabin I would suggest if going up in the summertime to bring additional fans as the cabin did get warm in the late afternoon.
