Bridget, Bas and all the other staff we met were charming, friendly and accommodating, including agreeing to bring forward our stay at almost no notice even though we had a fixed, non-refundable booking through hotels.com. Tea, coffee and water tray provided. Some biscuits would have been nice. Negative was the room was very warm and we could not open windows.
