"Great apartment in Windber. Safe area with multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very quiet and comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Building is newly refurnished and very secure, and I liked the commercial fire alarm and sprinklers. Host was communicative and check-in/ checkout instructions were simple. Would definitely stay here again "

"it is a good economical choice for bikers passing through. It is not fancy, but it was clean, safe and quiet, my three top priorities. The price range of a hostel, but with the privacy that you would prefer. Staff was easy to get a hold of and they were friendly and kind. "Well, it is a small place right on the trail. No front desk but the connected grocery store was very helpful. Check in was a breeze, although leaving my bike in the lobby made me nervous. Thankfully a helpful staff person assured me it would be ok and it was!
