"Third time renting here, property is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The only teeny, tiny “I hate to mention” issue was the wine bottle opener was difficult to use. Otherwise, all was wonderful!"

"The cabin had everything we needed! The location was very close to downtown Hayward, which we loved. Communication with owner was excellent. The cabin is on a waterfront, but the was a busy road you could see and hear from the property, which is why I have 4 stars in waterfront property. "

"I love staying at Camp Amnicon! It is the quiet and solitude I need as I live in a hectic city with a hectic life. Quietude was a great cabin and I will be back for sure. The amenities are just right and I like that I don't have to bring much! The South shore area of Superior is beautiful and not offers a calm and just the right kind of disconnect. I will be back for sure!"

"Perfect location and amenities with lakefront privacy. This stay had all of the things needed for a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Landings for Lake Chippewa, downtown and great dining options were all within a 20 minute drive. Ample firewood was provided, quick communication from the owner and all in all a perfect getaway. Highly recommend this property! "

"Beautiful, beautiful home! Absolutely everything was provided, other than food. Soft water in the house, great TVs and furniture. Very comfortable! Rent the boat or bring your own, as you need to get out on that clean, clear water! Deer came through the yard morning and night, eating up the acorns, otters playing in the water out on the lake. Dave had the firepit ready to go for us, as well as the sauna tent. It's located on a back bay, so nice and quiet. Close to town, but not too...
